It is very a good headphone, would recommend to update the driver for better connectivity with the dongle and better mic. For the PSVr2 would be better to get the Inzone in-earphones.
I have the Sony H7 and, despite a few minor flaws, I am very satisfied with it. However, I will now buy the H9 for 2 reasons; 1) ANC and 2) The ear cushions. On the H7, the ear cushions are made of fabric or whatever you want to call it and that is certainly not bad, but when I sweat on the ears, it sticks to the fabric, not pleasant. That's why I hope that the H9 which has different ear cushions will be the better one. I can tell you that the H7 and of course the H9 feel very nice and light on the head. The microphone is very good here with skype. If I raise the microphone, my buddy can't hear me anymore ;), I like that very much, suppose you have to say something to your partner that is private, just raise the microphone and put it on the other side. you no longer hear. The only downside is the headband that comes loose quite quickly, I have to stick it on with polish ;). But no worries. It doesn't bother you. Another thing that can happen is that I am listening to RUclips and I fast forward, etc., and the sound is too slow or has disappeared, then you simply have to refresh the RUclips. I don't know how this happens. But nothing bad, just refresh and that's it, it doesn't always happen. I am also pleased with the sound of the games, I hear the footsteps in back4blood, I have set everything to my own liking. I will leave it open as to whether this is the best gaming headphone, but it is certainly one of the better ones that sits comfortably on your head, good microphone, decent battery life and the sound when gaming, if you can adjust it to your own wishes, is very good. well, no complaints about that. I game on pc.
Don't forget that if you connect the H9 or H7, you also have to go to your settings in your Windows, where you can also change the correct settings because one has better sound than the other one that you set. You can also adjust it to your liking in the games themselves. Those who claim that there is no bass with the H7/H9, what complete nonsense haha, you can adjust everything yourself. You also need the inzone software, so you can only adjust it if you select the correct sound settings in your Windows, then you can increase the bass. And you can also make some adjustments in the games. And believe me, too much bass is not good either because you will miss some other sounds. But it can be adjusted perfectly to your own wishes. I have the H9 now, I'm really enjoying it. So happy with it.
Nice review, I'll probably get this headset. I've had my Pulse 3D for a while and tbh, I'm not very happy with them, they sound ok but not comfortable to wear for a long period of time.
I actually did the opposite. I returned the Inzone H9 for the G Pro X2. Mostly because the H9 build quality is super cheap! Not a good investment for $300
@@davidclixby5840I have to disagree the sound is low mediocre it’s super flat no bass at all I don’t see anything good other then they are made for the ps5
Hi, I have a problem with my headphones. I charged them all night, then I left them for half a day. Then I came back and once on ps5 shows that they are fully charged and then shows that they are discharged. Additionally, when connected to the console, no messages appear when mute the microphone, change the volume of the headphones or change the game/chat balance. It's like the headphones can't fully connect to the console. Has anyone ever had a problem like this and can solve it?
I returned the H. 9s because it's not comfortable And the 7s are downgrade It need more padded and less plastic around the head Is sounds amazing But I had lot of discomfort it was Unbearing
I have the H7 and now the H9. It fits perfectly on my head, it is soft at the top, I have no pain or anything. Also on the ears, soft ear cushions, no heavy pressure or anything on them. I also game with glasses, no problem. And the headphones are not heavy either, there are some that weigh 525 grams, which I would rather not have on my head. I can play here for hours without any major problems with my head or ears. Maybe I have a perfect head and ears for these headphones haha :-). I use it for pc gaming with the inzone software, its great.
It’s a nice headset in terms of features, but the build quality is super cheap! The swivel brackets are made of cheap brittle plastic! The synthetic leather is super thin and can easily get ripped! This headset will not last long at all and Sony does not cover wear and tear in their warranty. Definitely a ripoff at a $300 price tag!
XM5’s wreck these. And even though Sony don’t support them through their own console. You can use it through the tv so the tv is being used as the amp for output rather than the PlayStation 5. I’d advise anyone if they got a little more cheddar to grab them.
@@Sideshow-Bob I’ve not tried it past making sure it actually worked tbh. So you’re maybe correct. The only game I really play socially is Diablo 4 & I used my headphones to play on ps5 while talking to my friends on discord who were on pc.
They are nothing but low quality headset no bass at all it’s super flat even you turn the bass all the way up in the eq and still very flat. I feel like Sony products are getting blown out of proportion when it’s shouldn’t
@@gentianp7383 I got the steel series headset they was very quiet at first but I had removed the sound protection on them now they sound really good they offer ton of bass with a eq at first
I upgraded from 3d pulse to inzone h7, h7 is way more comfortable than 3d pulse, memory foam is lighter and cooler than leather ear cups
What about sound quality, is it better too?
Had mine a few months and I love them. So comfortable to wear. Battery life is fantastic at 40 hours. Quick charge too.
Same had mine for 6 months now and they are so comfy and give me great clear and loud audio.
Nice review! Kinda stuck on these for my next purchase but want to see how the pulse elite turn out to be
never seen someone with a beautiful jaw dropping beard like him keep it up

Hey! What do u think, which is the better headset for PS5 gaming, mostly CallOfDuty. Sony inzone H7 or Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen2 Max?
Definitely Inzone

I might buy this but have you reviewed the Sony inzone h5 yet?
Had mine since they first launched great headphones

I'm having trouble with mine please help. I can't turned them off and I can't hear from them also. Just got them a month ago
I agree it is massive I had wear a hat and And everything I did not like you cannot replace the ear pads if you get them messed up
i have the Logitech G Pro X, and i am thinking about returning them for these Headphones, is this a good choice??

Why aren’t these being advertise in the US? I found out about them on Amazon cuz I’m thinking of buying some
Wish they made these in black and I wish the mic was removable
Yeah black would look awesome. I like the mic on the steelseries Arctis nova 7’s that retract.
Do you think they get loud enough on ps5?
Yes they are loud enough. I have mine at about 90 per cent and they are loud. Great sound too.

I’d say nova looks better but Inzone sounds better. Planning on doing a head to head

You’ve probably worked this out already but that all happens if dongle switch is set to PC instead of PS5.
My friend say I sound different on this h7 headset compared to my other ones as if it's using some kind of digital audio device
H9 for the win.
How do i turn off hearing my self as soon as i speak
If you're on PC and have the inzone app, turn the sidetone all the way down, if you're on PS I don't think there's a way to change it.

Friends I play with online complain about the background noise (well 1 friend😂) is there a fix for that?
adjust mic level to low or balance, at the home screen, in cod game set mic level and mic sensivity at 8-10
I must had a big head bc the Plastic on top with pushing on my head. Sound and comfort but it didn't have comfort for me
Yeah I wouldn't say that I have a small head. but I didn't have that issue. I did definitely need to pull out the arms to make it comfortable though.
Where can I get a stand like 3:15?
Bought it in Argos. It’s a stealth stand

tv as transmitter, not amp... anyways, you add a LOT of latency that way, not good for gaming.
