Never made it to Ohrid but did spend a month at a nice Airbnb in Elbasan. There's a very nice Albanian town I spent the night in called Pogradec. It's on the south end of Lake Ohrid. Not as impressive as Ohrid but still nice.
It depends on what you're looking for-affordability, quality, or speed. Overall, I’d recommend getting prescription glasses in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The prices are competitive, the quality is excellent, and communication is seamless thanks to widespread fluency in English.
