It's a little verse or 'fortune-telling song' about the days people are born on: 'Monday's child is fair of face, Tuesday's child is full of grace, Wednesday's child is full of woe, Thursday's child has far to go, Friday's child is loving and giving, Saturday's child works hard for a living, And the child that's born on the Sabbath day is bonny and blithe and good and gay.'* For extra reference, the Sabbath day is generally the traditional religious day of rest - Sunday (also where the word 'sabbatical' comes from I think!). Gay is used in the older definition the word came from meaning simple gaeity, i.e. happy and lively. And 'fair of face' means fair in the general sense of good - so good-looking! I think there's other versions too, but the one I know matches with TXT's song. It made me really happy to see them reach for traditional rhymes as a reference, and I love what they turned the phrase into. Comment what day you are! (I was born on a Sunday XD).
With songs I normally know whether I like them or not afters the first 30 seconds but with this song by TXT I knew as soong as the beat started I'd love it and i do. The beat is amazinly good and the singing/rapping is some of the best where as the MV seems dark but it really fits well with the lyrics and talking about the lyrics they are just so powerful and some to which I can relate too..

@@Fairy_xplr Tbh even with the explanation its not that good. They couldve atleast added some cool transitioning in there and tried to make them blend together, insteas of just sudden whiteness? It just made that part of the MV kinda look cheap, since there was no transition to blend it, its just them standing infront of a plain white wall, and all shots are essentially the same. It looks WAY too off from the quality of the rest of the MV. I immediately understood why they did this angel like persona, but just wish they put more effort into it, since the MV kinda felt off when that came. Especially when that part is sung so well and feels emotional, so I wish it had more details to it to make it extra impactful. Not just "sudden white = angelic impact". Still love the song, obsessed with it haha! But even with a reasoning behind it, it is very much lacking and feels like the director and editor just got lazy and didnt wanna bother making cool scenes for that part of the song as its only 1 part of it.

I love how real TXTs concepts are. Like, in some way shape or form we all grow up and lose our childlike innocence to some extend, even if we are always a kid at heart. But experiences make us more aware of the evil than the good, some earlier some later in life … but most during their first heartbreak or during teenage hood, which this concept depicts so accurately. I'm in my twenties, but I do love that.
To me I feel like the scenes with the white background where they're crying represents like their old selves? Like their previous selves, the "good boy," would've cried over the situation, but their new selves, the "bad boy," is past crying and being heartbroken. Which is why (to me) they cut back and forth between the white scenes with them crying to the dark scenes of them saying good boy gone bad. But that's just my interpretation and idk how right that is!!
I love how in the graveyard dance scenes there are a couple times where the camera angle makes it look like the angel's wings are horns on the center dancer! Also, those match cuts between the graveyard and eye stage were so good I thought it was just a CGI background changing, not the whole scene!
i just realize the flower thats being burned is dandelion (?) and when they zoom on beomgyu's eyes its like there when you see it closer i know theres something symbolize that flower i just wanted to point out bcoz it blows my mind

bruh when yesterday the mv dropped i was sleeping and saw it two ours later and at one point where the beat kinda sounds like a punch and the background changes smoothly to an eye kinda thing i was like jordan jordan jordaaaaaaaan and then i realised that shooting the video and editing needs time thank god this was right on my home page yaassssssssssssssssssss

I believe this MV has direct connection to cats and dogs MV along with angel or devil....in cats and dogs...they were trying to be more than friends with sumn and be forever but in this one they're like "fxxk it being with you hurts" also lyrics say the same e.g "I wagged my tail for you" and as of angel or devil...they chose the devil XD
I wanna mention a thing u spoke about....The transition to a dark wild theme to a white background with kai singing....i think editor have done that to match the concept of their album...we can see txt burying their good varients of themselves....and that white theme is to depict the heaven in which good varients of txt are...and we can see the bad ones dancing in the graveyard near the tomb....and in the ending verse yeonjun also say i like being bad after the bike crash.....Hope it helps you... who don’t know the concept of this album may find it awkward and unnecessary but they done that just to match the concept!

those scenes do fit the concept of the album tho, the ''end'' version and the ''tear'' version have those outfits and the members crying
