Alrighty, so for the Sonic 4 Episode 2 Title Screen, the bass is an edited version of the Sonic 3 Death Egg bass using Genny. The bass in the Genesis part of the rest of the song is the Gadget Bass 1, a preset in Genny (iirc). As for the bass throughout the song, I wanna say it's 5Rock Picked in Flex's "Essential Bass Guitars" pack.
