I’ve watched so many tutorials and still been stumped. Just watched u and first time I’ve grasped what to actually do so thank u💕
This is the first tutorial video,I have seen where any yellow color is not included for the medium skin tone and yet you still managed to get it right! Thank you for sharing this because I finally know I don’t have to always a yellow pencil to color my skin tone.
I’m getting some prismacolours soon and this helped a lot thank you ⭐️
Thank you 🙏 so much!!! I pray that God bless you richly for blessing us [ who want to learn how to color but struggle in this area ] . Your video was so on point! I would like to be a faithful follower of your channel. I have been truly blessed watching your video. Again I say 🙏 thank you
oh my gosh, thank you for this! this is the best tutorial I've seen so far and its versatile, so the techniques work for pretty much anything! thanks again!
Lavangi Yadava you are very welcome! Glad it helped 😊
Finally I found the perfect video! Thank you so much!!
I know right heck yes I hope I can do what this artist is doing
Sooo useful.. better than all the tutorials that I watched
The most helpful video, thanks a lot! Greetings from Mexico.
This is very clear than most RUclips artists thank you !!!
Damn I dont have rosy beige and peach beige, poor me only 72 set, but nice video, this helps me alot, also prisma users
Thank you for doing this! This is extremely helpful. And by the way, great artwork 💓
That was so helpful!!!Thank youuu
HOW DO YOU HAVE SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT OF SUBS FOR SUCH A BIG AMOUNT OF TALENT. You earned yourself a new sub
Ooo this looks way easier than it is
This helped so much ❤️ thank you!
Thanks for r video, now I'm off to try to practice portraits lol
nice job i like it :)
Love your video primo 💕
And btw thank you so much! This helped me a lot 😊😊😊
tysm!! This helped SOOO much! :)
Thank you!!! Very usefull!
My goal is to learn how to color like you. I know how to draw people and things. But coloring blending gets me. I just can't get the concept. Maybe I am colorblind.
Can you do a tutorial on how to draw a portrait with color pencils? 😊
Faith Ontell sure :)
hii i don't have rosy beige and peach beige, what alternatives do u suggest?
hi! sorry for the late response, you can mix pink with a light grey to get close enough results to rosy beige, then with the peache beige you can mix light skin tone, a tiny bit of yellow then mix together with light grey :)
Thank you VERY MUCH!🙏
wow o.o thank you
I got the set of Skin tones on Amazon, I don't have Putty Beige. o.o These are the only Prismacolor set I own so far. Can I still do the light skin tone with out that? I do a lot of Anime Drawings. I just never color with Prismacolor. But this video did help me :)
Hmm that’s weird they probably took it out of the color lineup, but you could also use a warm or light grey as a replacement for it, does almost the same thing :)
@@ManuelGamboa Ok Thanks for the tip :) I have a feeling when I do buy another set of Prismacolor, they might of put it in a different line up. o.o
super useful video!! maybe you can show a tutorial how to draw hair?
Been working on one :)
@@ManuelGamboa yahhss thank u😊:)
Hi im currently practicing on semi realism and in this tutorial how much pressure are you using on the pencils?
Hello :), for pressure I’m not using a lot of pressure, for the first layer I use very light layer just to add a base, the more color you add go a little harder like the main color you’re going for like example skin, go ahead and add a good amount of pressure to blend the colors, then to add shadows and shading on the actual face or body go lightly with dark colors since they do have more pigment than the lighter ones, I hope this helps 🙏🏽
what paper do you use? 😻🤔
Екатерина Кирилкина i use Bristol paper, I have it linked in the description if you want to buy some! it’s really good paper :)
Manuel Gamboa thank U🙂
Uuhhmm what kind of brush did you used for shading???
I don’t use a brush I just shade with pencils but I blend with a cotton swab if that’s what you’re asking
Do all the colors come in the 48 pack? I’m getting them soon
From what people have been saying some colors such as the putty beige have been taken out so You would probably have to buy that pencil separately but most of the colors are in the kit :)
Manuel Gamboa thank you!
Thankyou so muchhhh
If my skin tone came out to orageish, what can I add to make it more creamy?
Try using a grey to even it out, if it’s really orange try a darker grey but if it’s not that orange use a lighter grey and try to go over with the lightest skin tone pencil you got. you can also diffuse it by blending it with a cotton swab :)
Omg yyyyyyyaaaaaa
Thankyou somuch
Would anyone happen to have color dupes/similar PC's for the prismacolor 72 set? I don't have the skin tone set & I'm finding it hard to match the colors.
hello! i’ve recently found the set of 24 that contains most of the skin tones on amazon for around $27 here’s the link :) Nupert for 25085R for Prismacolor for Premier Colored Pencils, Portrait Set and Soft Core, Overseas Edition - 24 Count www.amazon.com/dp/B09NVW4MXG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_K48RD2J49X62CAAWJMM7?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
So,That was helpful thank u But the thing is that I tried it And it DID NOT LOOK LIKE URS! I am a starter and it’s my first time using these colors idk how to use it well.
sometimes people use too much of 1 color, try using the light peach more, and use the dark colors lightly, you can also diffuse/blend all the colors together by going over it softly with a white colored pencil, hope this helps!
Manuel Gamboa okay thank you so much!
I only have light peach and orange what do I do I also have brown
Use the light beach and brown, don’t try using the orange unless they have a warm undertone, if they do have a warm undertone use the orange very lightly, also if you have a light grey you can also use that on the skin and white to blend and add highlights. Use the brown for shadows and contours
I need another equivalent to beiges
i only have the 24 pack and i don’t see these colors
what color would be like an equivalent to putty beige 🥺
A light grey would do fine but if you want the closest thing to a putty beige just use a light grey with a little bit of light pink :)
So I bought a set of 48 prismacolor premiemer pencils and it only had very few of these numbered pencils in the video.
Yea I realize that a lot of the colors have been taken out and replaced in the 48 colors set and have been moved to their own set as the “portrait 24” set. Sorry for not updating this
@@ManuelGamboa Thank you for taking the time to reply. Just wish there was a way to get the equivalent numbers of the 48 set. And you did a nice video otherwise.
These are not prismacolors, ??
No they are, I use the prismacolor premiere color pencils
