    I've been listening to Andrew's teachings for about 8 months, and recently I had the privilege of being at a conference in Niagara-on-the-lake Ontario, and I heard the wonderful message of grace through Andrew Farley in person! This teaching has changed my life. It set me free of sins I thought I'd never get rid of. Praise God, the gospel really is this good!!

      Amen! Me too! 30 years of letting sin have control thinking it was my sinful nature. Now I understand correctly that I don't have a sinful nature and that I am a new incorruptible perfect creation in Christ. I have sin living in me which is an evil parasite from Satan passed down through Adam and Eve which seeks to control and destroy. Since my new creation is a sinless slave of righteousness, I can reject any evil thoughts that sin living in me presents to my mind. I hate sin and love righteousness. With this new understanding I am finally resting in the victory Jesus gained for us!

    The best thing to confess every time we are in a perpetual sin is to say, "I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus."
    The devil is screaming at you and saying you hypocrite, but if you push through, then you will eventually wake up to your Christ given identity, and the sin will lose its hold over you.
    Grace empowers, period!

    Some years ago I attended an Assembly of God church for a few months... as a favor to a neighbor who had asked me to. Yeah, I know. Well, just to gig the pastor a bit, one day I told him I was starting to study the book of Hebrews. He said, "You certainly are brave. There's a lot of deep, hard to understand things in there. I try to avoid it." I replied, "Well, don't worry. I've studied it before and I'm still alive in Christ," and walked off. That happened to be the last time I talked to him. A couple weeks later he retired from the ministry because he was too sick to continue due to prostate cancer. I had prostate cancer too and prayed for his healing. And a few weeks after that I moved to another state. It was a sad experience to hear what a "minister of the gospel" believed about one of the most important books of the Bible.

      Our new self in Christ is incorruptible and sinless. Paul taught us in Romans 7:17&7:20 that it is no longer we who sin but sin living in us that does the sinning. In Christ we are perfect and sinless. The evil parasite of sin living in us can be rejected when it presents evil thoughts to our minds. We need to see the thoughts as not our own but coming from an evil parasite that seeks to control and destroy but we don't have to let it. The parasite was passed to us from Adam and Eve who got it from Satan.

    Another thing is when we see and feel and learn what Jesus did for us on the cross and resurrection. He took our Punishment of Eternal Death for free just for the asking and receiving. To know that His love is unconditional and his sacrifice was the finished work so that we no longer need to worry about righteousness and salvation. And!…when we sin again we need not to worry as Jesus sacrifice took away our sins as far as the East is from the West, remembered no more. No Account of any Sins!WOW!!!! WOW!!!! WOW!!!! Wouldn’t we naturally be Grateful for this and not want to sin?! Absolutely! We wouldn’t want to. That’s why living under the law feeling condemned doesn’t work. We would fail every time under the law. Thank You Precious Jesus for Your Unconditional Love and sacrifice to make Us Perfect and Righteous to take Our Seat next to Our Loving Heavenly Father. Thank You for Our New Heart!!! In Jesus Name, AMEN

    Galatianism is alive and well in the church today.
    Galatianism teaches that we're saved by grace but kept by works. Paul wrote the letter to the Galatians to correct this error. The Apostle Paul said;
    3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit(Grace through faith in Christ alone), are ye now made perfect by the flesh(The works of the law)?
    4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.
    5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
    6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
    7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
    8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
    9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
    The Apostle Paul also tells us that WHATSOEVER IS NOT OF FAITH IS SIN.
    So therefore the opposite tells us this;
    WHATSOEVER IS OF FAITH IS RIGHTEOUSNESS.
    It's just that simple.

      Great question! I suppose that’s the scandal of God’s love. That a son could run off and squander the Father’s blessing on wild living and in the end still be welcomed home as if it never happened. It’s not my kind of love, that’s for sure. But it seems to be God’s. Though I am still convinced that anyone who truly knows that kind of love wouldn’t want to run off into wild living. Maybe that’s our impetus to reveal the love of the Father to everyone we can?

    • @HappyDestinations333
      @HappyDestinations333 Год назад +1

      @Tom McArdle you know I’m not convinced of that. I actually since writing this last reply asked the Lord to show me and he said that it saddens the father when we sin after accepting Jesus but a true born again Christian will not sin after receiving the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will give convictions and the person will not want to sin after a relationship with God .. I can see that with myself after I got saved I thought about going back to my old life but then it just felt like why would I do that. When I’ve come so far in bettering myself and we actually dirty the body of Christ when we sin after knowing the Lord.
