@@pouliotrealestate OK, but wouldn't that tax be assessed for the price the owner paid initially? If the owner is not selling the property for the same price he bought it for, the taxes would be different (higher). My admittedly primitive math skills suggest that this tax is only about half of one percent of the purchase price, which is impossibly low for Maine.
@@evelynwaugh4053 it actually only changes when the accessors do a revaluation (in most municipalities), the tax value and the market value are not usually the same in Maine.
Bingo a beautiful house land and road front that looks like it belongs in this century
Lovely presentation.
Nice property. Those taxes seem awfully low though, maybe that could be rechecked?
The taxes were pulled in from the tax records from the town of Troy.

@@pouliotrealestate OK, thanks.
Good price ! Wondering about the neighborhood ? Drug epidemic is bad in Maine .
This one is sold, but it's not in a neighborhood, it's in rural Maine.
You mentioned radiant "floor" heat; I see bbhw in every room. Am I missing something? Nice property.
There are radiant heat floors in the kitchen.
With Unity College gone, there is nothing in or around Troy.
