man it's hard to wait 7 days in between videos lol but congrats on an amazing hunt guys!
The video lengths keep creeping up in minutes though and we got almost 40 minutes this week. How great is that?!

Kurt re: that eagle button. I spied some gold gilt. Very unusual for an Eagle button. I dug in VA. For 15 years and never dug an eagle button with gilt. Ney York Buttons are a different story.
Va soil can be pretty ruff on buttons that's for sure. I tried my best to ID that one. Came up with a few similar buttons but no exact matched. HH
That board was RIDICULOUS! Can't wait to see what you dig up next. This episode should be the "Kurt Show"

Look at some old maps. See if there was any houses on them. Always worth a try but not all fields are created equal. This is a special site. It was a huge operation back in the day. Many workers lived and worked this farm. Best of luck

Where are all the shoe/knee buckle pieces I usually find on early sites. If your not finding those then the site is probably only early to mid 1800s
There's been plenty found. This place has been hunted the last 3 years. It's been plowed hard too. All tiny pieces. It's early 1700's. Many 1720's coins. The earliest coin that we know of was 1660's.

Yes they were just circulated for a long time before they were lost. It was a huge orchard. Many hands worked the land
