This is probably one of THE greatest metal solos ever written. A clear example of how Glenn is so under-rated. Every guitarist should bow in homage to him. Cheers to you for being able to play even half of it! I'd give my left nut for that ability - and I've been playing 25 freakin' years...

One must overlook your mistake, this solo is damn tough. You have done a great job! I have tried t play it and got end up with lots of frustration that I can't play it properly. :(
@@borizh ahahahah truth is at the time I was experimenting a lot. I had like 3 guitars and I constantly changed pieces from one to another. Pickups, bridges etc. Disassembling 3 mediocre guitars in order to make a very good one ahaha. And this one happened to end like that for whatever reason. Plus yes, at the time I was the typical closed mindend young metalhed so I needed the bridge pckup pnly. Everything else was crap because not metal enough LOL

Hahaha Years later I realized I could just go to the local music store (Sam ash, in my case) and one of the guitar techs - very patiently - sat with me and we tried different pickups, different amps, different settings, etc.. I ended up with a dimarzio tone zone in the bridge on a fender plus deluxe and a line 6 pod xt pro... yea... we’re talking yyyeeeeaaaaarrrsss ago
