@@Goona. I finally got rid of them for good. I asked that they put me on a no knock list over and over again. They said there's no such thing. Having been left with no other choice, I mooned them! Amazingly, they found that list because not one of them has ever knocked on my door in the past ten years (and they're on my street every two weeks)...
Definetly going to consider replacing my Ring doorbell with this one, now the annual subscription has increased by 40%.

I've had the DB1 [wired] model for a couple of years now. I also ordered a couple of the chimes which were incredibly hard to find in the US. I've been overall happy with Ezviz products although the DB1 does forget about my mechanical chime periodically which requires me to delete and reinstall it in the app.
Just bought one of these as my Ring Doorbell died. Agreed setup is a bit rubbish, but in the app these is a live chat that is really good 👍

Hi, I have a DB2 installed, a few issues:
- The chime is a bit weak compared to my previous one.
- Most of the chime tones don't sound like a chime at all, so you only have one choice, really.
- The PIR alarm is triggered by anything (not even a car passing), even with low sensitivity setting. it sends notifications every minute.
- You can then choose the "Human Shape Detection" setting, but then the battery lasts only a week.
Nice looking doorbell, and I like the fact it has an SD card slot instead of having to store things in the CLOUD

I have the Eufy battery doorbell myself. Needs charging once a year has its own hub that stores the video. Belting product.
You said it right (Easy-Viz) and yes. I've owned their bullet cams for 5 years. I have a 64GB memory card in each and they auto record anytime there's movement in the sensitivity area, keeping the video for approximately 30 days. The playback app is always being updated and it works flawlessly and it configured with the Amazon Alexa and Google Apps.
Bullet Cam sounds like a rough area.. :(

Ezviz's first cameras were called Husky Bullet Cams and every once in a while Amazon has a refurb sale (39.00) for these all metal, rock solid commercial style cameras. They've been running here 24/7 for years. I've never had a a failure through hurricanes, snow storms, nor-easters, torrential downpours, etc. If you can find them they're easily worth ten times their price and are virtually indestructible.

Can you mask off areas so the movement detection does not triggered by people in the distance or cars?
Can it connect to alexa echo show? When it pressed can it show automatically on echo show and talk it back?

Great vid, Adam. My main concern was about it being pinched and thankfully you showed that. I could still see occasions when some little darlings might think it's clever to nick it then chuck it as they ran away. Or is that just where I live? 😅
Dont worry about kids nicking it its too big for them to carry, now a passing weightlifter who fancies a good sized dumbell might be another matter.. 😂

That doorbell must have been made for the giants castle out of Jack and the Beanstalk.
You show it setting off an alarm when someone trys to steal it, you didn't show what comes next...them smashing it into the ground in panic.
But don't worry about it being pinched anyway, as the size of it will only appeal to bodybuilding thieves as a dumbell. 😂

Yeah you can watch them laughing at you as they run off down the street with it, then bits of sky as the noise makes them throw it in the air, then bubbles and shopping trolleys and sticklebacks as it lands in the canal... then mud. 😂

I’m not sure how I’d compare to others in a similar range. Picture quality, SD card, battery life, comes with chime, etc make it a pretty good option.
But I may have to setup another brand and do a comparison.
