I know this is an old video but just came across an open bottle at Marshalls of Salvatore Ferragamo Pour Homme and am very surprised to see all the reviews talk about fig. Maybe I don't know what fig smells like but I get a monster cedar scent on the dry down. Like you just opened a huge cedar closet or something. Crazy thing is I just keep going back to my wrist to keep smelling it, ha! I'll be picking it up tomorrow because I really, really like it and I have over 50 frags. Something about this one just speaks to me. Thanks!
Nooby Vapor thanks for the reassuring comment. I just passed by this in a store today. Doing some research on it and hopefully going back to buy it tomorrow. I have a “fig scent” in the form of Banana Republic 78 Vintage Green and absolutely love it.
Black Wood is nice, just a little sweet, don’t know why they make so many sweet scents these days. Black Wood is also a bit oil based to make it last longer.
As soon as I got my bottle of black wood I tried to pull the top off and broke the sprayer as well lol.. I think there are 3 scents that look similar but this one IMO is the best.
Ferragamo Pour Homme is very nice. People sleep on this one. I have two of the 3.4 oz testers of this one. Picked them up for a great price. Great reviews. I think Im gonna have to pull the trigger on Black Wood. Keep hearing good things about it.
