    Great content as usual! Deciding to be a healthy adult is challenging and may seem overwhelming as there are many aspects of this idea. However, if you break it down into what does a healthy adult look like to you, then start setting small goals to reach those objectives, it is not so bad. Just one day at a time folks. That's all we can do.

    Very helpful video. Maybe some videos about schemas eg. abandoment ? Or schema chemistry between people in relationships?
