Hi, I have the exact same skin type and I struggled so much to find my skincare routine but I feel like I've hit the jackpot with these products...listing them in case you're still on the lookout lol. Oil cleanse with the klairs light oil cleanser Face wash is the cosrx low ph face cleanser Isntree green tea toner 2 layers (for acne) cosrx full fit propolis toner 1 layer (to soothe the sensitivity) Cosrx snail mucin essence A good Niacinamide serum ( I use an Indian brand, may not be available to you. Good molecules is good) Cosrx snail mucin moisturizer.
@@Krishnaradha1715 as it’s a toner technically it will come first then the snail mucin essence should be applied, but due to thick texture of rice toner, you may apply it after the snail mucin.

I have dry skin but when i use rice toner im from, my skin was so itchy. I tried 3 times but it was so itchy everytime when i use this product.
