I found using disposable pastry piping bags were a little bit more durable and easier to use for me at least since I had them laying around. Another substitution you can make is baking paper in place of the plastic file folders.
That was a very quick 12mins, I enjoyed watching that. Pinching the mistake and taking out great idea, makes this not so scary to try, thank you 🌸

This is great! I have been learning (among other arts) on RUclips University, but this is the first time I've found something that I could actually pipe out. Polymer clay is just too thick for that. Even if I make it into this consistency. It just wouldn't work. But this I can see that is really like buttercream frosting.

@@nelconeco An alternative name for icing clay is slip clay in English. Slip is used in pottery for joining different built or thrown (on a wheel) parts together. Slip is made by blending clay with additional water very well until you get this thickened cream texture.

Beautiful. The way you take your time creating, it seems like you're not afraid to go slow to get the crafting perfect. I like that a lot, not rushing the project like a lot of people do.
Btw I used to use the exact same techniques with royal icing to make pictures call 'run outs' and using them in my cake making. 😀

You can adjust this cats facial expression yourself, just draw the lines on the mouth going slightly on the side and upwards. Re-do until youre happy with the result, then start piping :)

粘土を練る時、水の配合、随分小分けにしていましたね。きっと上手く混ぜるコツだと思いましたが、混ぜ始めてから角立つ位に練り上がるまでどの位時間かけてますか？
それと、とても親切に説明して貰ったお陰で、上手になるにそれなりの練習が必要な事がわかりました、それとコルネの先端カット、細か過ぎてカットしている様に見えない🤣

混ぜるのにかかる時間は粘土のコンディションによって変わります💦
買ってきたばかりの粘土でしたら水分量も多いので比較的短い時間で完成しますが、そうでない場合は時間が掛かってしまいます。今回は新品の粘土を使ったので混ぜる時間は20分くらいでした。普段は30分くらいかき混ぜてます😊
コルネの先端はとても繊細で、ほんのちょこっとをカットするだけなんです。
動画でもちゃんとカットしてるんですよ✂️

練る時間聞いてみてよかった！ある意味予想通り、自分の想像以上の時間をかけ、丁寧に練っているンですね。
コルネの先端カットはマチ針で栓が出来る程小さな穴ですからね、いやホント繊細さが動画に良く収まってます。
アイシングの動画ありがとうございます！コルネの包み方がわからなかったので、ありがたいです！
わたしは以前、真似してみたときには、１番小さいジッパー付きの袋に、色つき粘土と水をほんのすこし、木工ボンドを入れて、手で揉みました。すると５分程で混ざりきりましたが、使った粘土がMODENAという樹脂粘土だったという理由で、ネルコネコさん程のボンドと水が要らなかったです。
やはり樹脂粘土風のグレイスは樹脂粘土とは違いますか？知っていたら教えていただけると嬉しいですっ
ジッパー付きの袋で揉んでから、端を切ってコルネに入れる方法で上手くいくか、試してみたいと思います。ありがとうございました！

MODENAをお使いになってるんですね。
色々と工夫をされていてとても参考になりました。
樹脂風粘土グレイスは最近のパッケージでは樹脂粘土グレイスに変更されています。
発売元に確認したところ日本における「樹脂粘土」の定義は
「プラスチック（樹脂）を含む粘土」ではなく
「硬化した際にプラスチックのような風合いを持つ粘土」となっているようですので、
おそらく他の樹脂粘土と大差ないと思います。
（実際に日本で販売されている樹脂粘土には、プラスチックの成分が含まれてないようです）
アイシングクレイはブランドによって配合が変わると思います。
色々と試したいと思います。
ジッパー袋の端を切ってコルネに入れる方法。

コルネの先端を浮かせて描くので直線でも難しいですよね。
私は6:33にあるような修正の仕方をしていますが、
どうしても気に入らない時は最初から描き直しています💦
重ねてラインを描く時は失敗すると取り返しがつかないので慎重に行っています。

FIMO is not a resin type clay and cannot be used.
The component of resin type clay is vinyl oxide emulsion.

樹脂粘土の成分は酢酸ビニルエマルジョンと言うもので構成されています。
この酢酸ビニルエマルジョンとはボンド木工用の事なんです。
ボンド木工用の量の割合を増やすことで樹脂粘土をペースト状にしています。
乾燥時にはちゃんと樹脂粘土のように柔軟で丈夫な仕上がりになります。

Mortar and pestle can be used.
When making a ball...the resin clay greasiness comes on the fingers. Even after washing hands many times it does not get off. What do u use to remove greasiness ?
I always wash my hands with a mild detergent.
I don't think Grace clay is greasy, so I recommend this clay.
You could put the clay in a plastic bag and knead it.

Use a glue whose main ingredient is vinyl acetate emulsion.

I made it by rolling a triangular OPP film.

I bought a triangular OPP film from Amazon in Japan. It's for icing. I don't know if the same thing is available in your country. I think you can buy an OPP food bag. You can also cut it into an isosceles triangle and use it😊

アイシングクレイの名称は日本アイシング協会様の登録商標だった事が分かり、
ネルコネコでは訂正しペーストクレイと呼んでいます。
以下ペーストクレイと書きます。
スマホケースの表面をサンディングしているのは少しでもレジンの接着力を高めるために施しています。
正しく接着力を検査したわけではありません。
私はペーストクレイを長期保存する時にはまち針を抜いて、コルネの先端にセロハンテープを貼り
空気を遮断して乾燥を防いでいます😊

there is a branded resin clay, which we have to mix part A and part B - will this clay also work in a similar manner as icing clay as above ? how much ratio of acrylic black colour to add to icing clay? thank you very much for this wonderful video.
I think there is no problem in mixing the same resin clay😊
I don't care about the proportion of acrylic paint.
I don't think acrylic paint (the amount of acrylic paint in the video) has a significant effect.

Hello! Thank you for video, but i cant understand fully about polymer cause of the foreign language. Your polymer has similar texture like La Doll polymer? Or similar like a conditer polymer, like Cande Clay? They are both air-dried, but we havent your Grace clay, and i try to understand, which clay more similar with your. Thank you!
La Doll sold in Japan is stone clay.
I have never touched La Doll polymer and Candy Clay 💦
I will write some characteristics of Grace Clay.
Grace clay has a smooth feel.
It's not rough.
When dried, it is as flexible as plastic.
You can stretch clay very thin.
If you stretch it thin, it will be a little transparent.

There are many different types of naturally dried clay clays.
Resin type clay is needed to make paste clay.

Idk if you'll ever see this, but I hope you do! I followed the ratio perfectly and have made two batches. Both times it was lumpy, and very thick and sticky. Could you add some troubleshoot tips? When to add more water/paste based on texture? Thank you! Love your art!

The component of resin type clay is also vinyl acetate emulsion.
Different brands have different ratios 💦
If you want to adjust the ratio, increase the woodworking glue.
It is better not to add too much water.
I edit it in a short time in my video, but it mixes very well. (About 20 minutes) It's very hard work, but please do your best 😀
@@nelconeco Thanl you so much for your response! I do use the same Grace clay, but my glue is Elmers wood glue. As far as I can tell from online, it looks to be a vinyl acetate emulsion. I will take your advice though and hope for better results! I appreciate!

イラストレーターで線を描き直してからプリントしています。

When I try to create the paste clay the lines break and do not stay solid. Is this too little water/glue? I'm using hearty air dry by patico with water, acrylic and glue.
Hearty clay is a lightweight modeling clay. You should choose resin type clay. If Padico products are good for you, use Modena.I do not know the mixing ratio of water and glue when using Modena clay.
I recommend Grace clay😊
