You can 100% film in any cops car. It is not their car. It is our car. You can actually film inside of it because you're not filming the screen because the screen is facing him and even if it wasn't you or legally allowed to film his screen, he is the one who has to shut the screen if you're sitting there filming he cannot make you stop recording inside of his car even because it's not his property and if his car is a mess that is his problem and maybe he should get that taken care of before the citizens get mad about our messy property
