I have seen folks defend Sara and make a comparison to her lie and jordan's betrayal of trust. First, Sara's lie is also a betrayal of trust. Jordan's secret of having powers, is a life or death thing. Nobody will die or be in danger from Sara's kiss. Him sharing everything can put her in danger as well as his family. Nat said Jordan's secret is magnitudes bigger, but then said it's kind of the same thing. That makes no sense. TBH it seems like a thing certain folks in a relationship will do, make a false equivalency to something they did to gaslight you into guilt and forgiveness.
That's what I was thinking too. The stakes of their relationship issues are hurt feelings. The stakes of the family's secret are life or death. Sarah kissing someone else is about their relationship. The Superman secret is about many people's lives and safety. It's not a comparison.

This is proper writing and storytelling! New threads but the issues from season one haven't been forgotten. The X Kryptonite being turned into a drug is perfect for some good drama. Even if Jonathan doesn't use I love this story beat! I don't think one truly feels the full parenting experience until a "Because I said so" has to fall out, so good!
Also I know the character Ally is from the comics but I think her full name is Alexandra. I think calling her Ally for short is a not so subtle dig at Allison Mack who was of course a big part of a Cult
Honestly, I really hope they meld some of Bizarro and some of Doomsday together while walking the line of a Death of Superman. I mean, these show runners, Berlanti et al are really having fun with jumbling things together and making very terrific twists with their big events whilst keeping the show wholesome and family oriented and in no way a Berlantiverse CW show. I hope they stick this formula and I really want to see this show succeed at this pacing and quality (especially the cinematography). The storytelling is key and I haven't seen much wasted. The silliest thing I've seen thus far was . . . . . . Well, I'll come back to you on that. I don't think Biz is going to be the big bad, more the muscle being manipulated by some Intellect ' Luthor ' type. Just gimme an < S > on Steel's chest, which I think is coming as Clark says, "You don't get to give that" or something to that effect and that payoff will be John Henry getting that < S > with gratitude (He's already called him his friend). Phew.... that was winded.
who's next?? Anderson turns out to be Cyborg-Superman? This show is SO GOOD. I'm quite glad it's not Doomsday. Bizarro as a big bad this season is more interesting than Doomsday. Save Doomsday for, if they want to do Death of Superman as a final season.

I freakin' loved that misdirect. Yeah, they absolutely did an interview where they essentially "confirmed" it was Doomsday... the evil swines! Still, I'm very happy they brought in a major Superman character and did it completely under our noses. I can't wait to see what they do next.

Considering Jonathan is half-Kryptonian, I see him taking X-K going in either of two extreme directions - on the positive side it might kick-start his powers (which I really want), or it could affect him negatively and make him very sick since it is kryptonite after all and he would be susceptible to it
One interesting theory that I read is that the cult lady is secretly Granny Goodness is disguise! While I know that it is unlikely, with this show, you never know what kind of twists they will throw at you. If this theory is true, Darkseid is coming!

What if its still technically Doomsday? In the Animated Shows Doomsday was a Superman clone created by Cadmus and in the DCEU he was what you call a Kryptonian Deformity by combining Zod's corpse and Luthor's blood. What if this Bizarro is actually a dead Superman from a Pre Crisis AU brought back as a Kryptonian Deformity? That would explain the visions because it happened on Batwoman. And it would explain why Clark doesn't recognize him.
I really enjoyed this episode, and like I have said in other comments, I seriously thought this was a horror movie, it sure as hell felt like one, when I wasn't in tears half the time, I was "HOLY SHIT" "OH SHIT" "WTF?" "NO, NO, NO, NO, NO" "COME ON, WAKE UP" literally at the edge of my seat clutching and pulling at my hair, that's how intensely terrifyingly awesome and amazing this episode was for me, Tyler as Bizarro looks freaking awesome, can't wait to see what happens in E4 next week either...

Third, the multiverse is canon in the Arrowverse. So if this show exists on a different Earth, that doesn't mean the show isn't part of the Arrowverse. The bottom line is we don't definitively know how this show relates to the CW shows. The fact that Diggle has appeared is evidence that they are connected. Anything else is still speculation.
