Sir if the advocate clear AIBE than why such happened becoz all india bar examination (AIBE) implies an advocate can profess advocacy all over india though he/she is of another state what is the use of BCI examination & AIBE?? If such things happen????

this is harassment of advocates. AIBE not worthy in this situation. Haryana mai bhi yehi Rule Hain
Nowadays client thought that they are clever and smart .

Rules under sec 34(1) are already made by every state High Court with similar conditions.
so it mean after having COP , an Advocate need to have member of presenting court. Pls let me know if I m wrong?
If an advocate of any other state wants to practice in Maharashtra he has to file an advocate along with other advocate who is enrolled in Bar of Maharashtra. You cannot file vakalatnama only of your name.
To be more clear other state advocate and Maharashtra advocate should file joint vakalatnama

The advocate is enrolled with the bar council of U.P having an identity card of permanent enrolment, not provisional. His identity card is expired.

Boss ye toh unfair rule hua fir.. Dhkke se Local advocate ko fees dene wali baat hui. Baaki high court ne lga rkha hai ye rule toh challenge hona chahiye supreme court mein.
