I am so happy to finally be able to share this project with you. I have been working on the KOFXV documentary since November 2022, where i filmedthese interviews at the SNK Osaka office. KOF XV is the best KOF for me. I really loving my time with it. Thank you, SNK and all the people I met because of it.
More than just one of the best KOF titles, this one has special meaning. I can see how the staff members truly believed in the project. You can see this is a game made with heart. From the, what I call "the longest trailer in gaming history" (after all, it was a whole year teasing us with the characters trailers) to the beautiful end credits theme. And how they balance the game with updates, to the point of showing us the changes, show us how much love they are still putting in make KOFXV worthy the title of "the best KOF ever made! And, until this release, KOF'98 was my favorite, of all the entire series. It was truly hard to De-throne it. But they just nailed it. Personally, KOFXV is the number 1, even using my own nostalgia against me!

I'm biased because I've been a fan of KOF since the year 2001 so I see the game with nostalgia goggles, HOWEVER, I genuinely think KOFXV is such a great game! The character design is gorgeous and the gameplay is super fun! I also think is very accessible for new fans who want to try a FG for the first time.

really heartening to hear that they are considering adding team spectators back into the series. This is by far one of the most "KOF" things about the series to me, and seeing it in XV would only make the game even more fun.

This game is so good and fun. I just wish SNK would give us more Stages and plase give us the Kofxv skins for kyo, Benimaru, Shun ei, Meitenkun etc

Great documentary \O Kof XV for me, became one of the best Kof games: soundtrack, gameplay, care for the characters and their details. They need to refine certain points in a sequel, but currently, they're doing a great job. What I hope they still bring in this XV, are some characters from XIV like: Mian, Hein, Zaria. It's also about time to bring in the Maximum Impact roster and new stages.
AGGGGGHHHH I LOVE IT!!!! I wish it was like 2+ hours long I would listen to the whole thing, really interested in the development of this game and always want to hear more about it.
Great work on the documentary and thank you for making it for us. Truly appreciate it. KOF XV has become my favorite Fighting Game of All-Time. I still do have a few minor issues with it. Like wishing we had more Stages & the ability to turn the Auto Combo off. What I would want them to add to the DJ Station is just do an On & Off Mode. Just pick everything you would want to play randomly for each match. Even picking 30 tracks is still too small. They just have too many God Level Tracks in their Catalog that I want to hear when I play. Anyway, thank you for your contribution.

You went all out on this documentry i know due to covid and other stuff you went out of they to deliver a quairy documentary despite its short length. Im still surprised that you went to Japan to interview the creative leads for the modern kof games. I wonder you manage to book an interview with them that i hope you will share one day

I always liked the early KoF games in the arcade but always saw them as inferior Street Fighter clones so never got truly into them. I tried when KoF Xiii came out but the game felt way too complicated so I bounced off it. I bought this a few month ago to get me through to SF Vi since I am Xbox player and not had access to 5 and have to say I love the game for the first time. Not sure why but for some reason it just clicks with me. I am staff early days regarding learning but I keep coming back unlike in previous entries. Really enjoy B Jenet, Rugal Omega and King I'd Dinosaurs play style.

Great video man. I can't believe SNK took 6 months to come up with the story. Covid really pushed them back. It makes you wonder how what cut content there is from that?( I am glad they at least made the KOF a new beginning manga).This is probably why they are so busy with the new Fatal Fury game.
They want it to be a bigger hit.
Art of Fighting (Ryuuko no Ken in Japan) character IP need more attention and Hopefully KOF Maximum Impact all character IP will be return in new KOF future release
AOF should be turned into an action rpg like the Yakuza games.

Honestly I dropped KOF on the XIV Beta, it felt SO WRONG I was utmost disappointed, I was already splitting my time between Mortal Kombat and Guilty Gear so when I tried the Beta I moved away and never again wanted to see anything KOF related... it was a dead franchise to me, a mix of leaving the 2D sprites behind and how bad it looked and felt playing it simply made me hate SNK for what they did to my beloved game.
Then when KOF XV was announced I didn't care at first but a friend made me check it and the trailers were interesting, so with my doubts I started falling for it, I mean how could I not? All my loved characters I've been playing for more than 2 decades were back in a game looking promising and decent with the new graphics and gameplay... I am glad they delivered an awesome game, I've been playing it on Xbox and PC since release and gathering with friends almost every weekend to play for hours our matches, but sadly the matchmaking is kind of bad for some of us and seems to be going to get a fix with the crossplay.

Here's what I want for the next DLC for KOF15 (AFTER season pass 2), I want SNK to bring back characters from the Maximum Impact timeline! Sure, that was a spinoff to KOF, but they did have pretty fun and cool looking characters! And they need to have that spotlight again because I fear that they're being "forgotten"

MI series was made by Noise Factory. Also when they say this they mean "mainline KoF" cause if they didn't then the NEO GEO 64 games would count.
I still think KOF XIII was the greatest 2-D fighter ever. As much as I love CAPCOM fighting games Samurai Shodown,KOF, and Guilty Gear(in that order)are my favorites. Then the Street Fighters

Good video Nabil. I will say that SNK has disappointed some of the fans with KOF 14, Samurai Shodown, & KOF 15 in certain aspects. All three of those games lack a good amount of stages, the dlc release is questionable for those games, and the lack of alternate costumes in these games as well. I really hope that SNK fully delivers for the new Garou and doesn't half step in some aspects. This coming from someone who really enjoys the three games I mentioned especially Samsho. Also, still waiting for the rollback update to be finalized.
Nowadays people are always complaining about all and nothing. Samurai Shodown 2019 and KOF XV are awesome! They are both great games!

i told you guy the 90 is the golden era and kof15 dont beat 98 Yasuyuki Oda just say it. he looking for a greater drive of the 90 , sadly he dont understand waifu and new character hold him back . kof15 is not a bad game but so many wrong character in the roster and let hope match making is fix . the 90 dont have that much shity waifu character . good video
