東亜プランより登場した奥行きのあるタイプの横スクロールのアクションゲーム。この「ナックルバッシュ」は、同社初の格闘アクションゲームである。「ジャックブロー」「マイケルソバット」「エルブランチャ」など、奇妙といえるほど個性的な3人のキャラクターが、ところ狭しと戦いを繰り広げる。操作は、移動用の8方向レバーと、パンチとキックに2つのボタンを使用する。スライディング攻撃もある。ゲーム開始時には、使用キャラクターの他、2つのストーリーからシナリオを選択することができる。また、敵のボスを仲間にしてしまうという、これまでにないフィーチャーも盛り込まれている。
ストーリー:
ブル軍団 壊滅への追跡！！ 俺が所属していたプロレス団体”ブル”の実体は極悪非道の犯罪組織だった。チビッコの夢、プロレスを守るため、俺は仲間と共に戦う！ やつらは勢力拡大のため、新たなレスラーを参入させる会議をシカゴのホテルで開き、香港に”NINPOW”という技を使う男を発見したらしい。奴らが接触する前にその男を倒せ！！ マッドブル4人衆 戦慄のバトル！！ 俺が所属していたプロレス団体”ブル”の実体は極悪非道の犯罪組織だった。チビッコの夢、プロレスを守るため、俺は仲間と共に戦う！ 団体は裏切り者の俺を始末すべく挑戦状をたたきつけてきた。俺は地獄の格闘場”バトルキングダム”へと向かう…

Usually somebody is kidnapped. But this dude is just beating random people. Lol
feslerae I think some is his hallucinations overlays on the real world. Those bellhops were not doing anything more than yelling “stop your going to kill him” then the beat down.

ゲームとして完成度が高いという意味ではなくて、キャラ設定とかステージ設定とかが良く出来ているので思わず最後まで見てしまった。
アニメの「グラップラー刃牙」を何故かちょっと思い出した…アニメ化したら結構面白い作品になるかもね（しないか…）。👊
