    can this used on bo staff with a diameter of 36mm?

      Yes! It will stretch your hand too and feel really good! Just start slowly.

      @@pasquinilli I realized it is very heavy for me. Should I switch to a standard 25mm diameter bo staff or continue training with it?

      Switch for sure. Then you can add it back in with simple spins as you get stronger

      Burnz switch! Then switch back from time to time as you get stronger and just do simple spins with it for strength training
