Besides she can’t go out to buy groceries and wants her daughter-in-law to drive three hours to do it for her. Instead she gets dinner delivered. But after dinner she goes out to get coffee at Starbucks? Doesn’t make any sense.
I inherited quite a large estate from my parents but my wife is not entitled to any of it. All the timber properties are going to my sons as it's been in the family for 225 years. My wife knows that and doesn't care. Most of the actual money will go into our joint accounts and anything she wants she can have just not land.
