Beautuful guitar, world class class playing and arrangement. To attempt improve on Bach’s original is very brave and not to be underestimated. The arrangement here, in my opinion adds greater dimension to the original piece. Bach was a genuis in the true sense of the word. Hi Alan. Stumbled on the Chaconne.. simply amazed! I feel that your use of the capo and key changes brings both the meter and attack of the Lute and Harpsichord into your Bach renditions. A revelation in terms of what Bach has written and what other musicians play. I heartily agree with others: Bach would be cheering from the sidelines!
