Being a grandparent is the best! Yes as all we have to do is love them ! I help raise my last two grand babies and wouldn't trade a day! My Hayden is going on 15 in a couple months and my Bella is 13 ! They have been staying with me for 3 1/2 months while their new home is being finished along with my daughter who is my best friend! You know even though my house has been upside down and so chaotic they're moving out now and I know I'm going to miss them. They're only 10 minutes away but still the house will be so quiet. I enjoy them. I always tell them they keep my brain functioning me and their papa:-) Your granddaughter is beautiful and so precious. I hope they all remember the good memories of grandma and grandpa times ! TFS Hugs Barb ❤️

All you have to do is love them, gosh that made me tear up ❤️ you both are the sweetest to your grandkids. I love watching my parents in their new role as grandparents too. My kids call them "papi & mamie" which are french terms for grandpa & grandpa. Xo

One of my kids is married, but no grand babies yet. But I will be super excited when the time comes. My grandpa would always lay on the floor when he came in from working in the yard. I had forgotten about that until I saw Chad doing that. So thank you for reminding me of Grandpa today🥰

Grandma, Millie owns the 'I'm too sweet cuddle me now look' - from her birth every time I see her she just makes me want to cuddle (but I have to admit I was relieved when mine went back home). ;)
Yep ! That’s what grandmas do ! I have 2 a boy(2) and a girl (2) I and another boy on the way in August . I love to love them and keep them snuggled with me ! Nothing better than being a grandma . I’m blessed that I get to babysit them a couple times a week . The cousin crew ! Enjoy your time with Millie !!! 🤗

You are the best to take care of this little one. I didn't realize that she knew you that much, that she would just come andstay. That is great. It will be something you will remember on your mission. Did you guys really sign up for two years? WOW, we did 18 months, and I wasn't really ready to come home, except when I got here I was ready. I was lucky because I got to see my family, but you are going so far away, it will be hard. Luckily you have facetime and skype and that will help alot. Serving the Lord is the best, but enjoy the kids while you are home. Who is living in your house when you go? So, many things to look forward to. Love seeing Aunt Linda.
I'm glad Millie got to come visit; I know her parents had a nice relaxing vacation! I used to go to my grandparents' house a lot growing up! When you guys get back in two years Millie will be almost potty trained! I know your other 11 grandchildren all had a wild crazy time in St. George going swimming, playing at the park and keeping Bonnie, Ellie, Joel, & Jared on their toes! I glad that Millie was with you and had a peaceful, quiet visit!

Proper washable nappies and you don’t get nappy rash ! My Grandson has never been in holiday nappies what you call diapers ! And has never had any rash ..they’re really worth the work x
