They need to offer a slave speaker to pair with this one

@@lastxp What is that? I have a few powered speakers including portable PA that all sound terrible. What is this Slave speaker that you speak of?

This device is meant to be the smallest, lightest and fastest connectable equipment you can get. If you want stereo sound and carry a second speaker, then it would not anymore be the smallest, lightest nor the fastest connectable equipment...
My suggestion is if you want a great stereo setup while also battery powered, buy a ZOOM LIVETRAK L-8 any 2 Mackie battery powered speakers. That would cost you about 1100 euro which is 600 euro less than a pair of Mackie Showbox speakers (1700 euro). You´re welcome.

@AIexOut-A-Magic-x6w that isn't an answer to my question. I want to take the signal from the Showbox and send via XLR to another battery powered speaker. I've tried and got a horrible sound. Does the slave speaker need to be non powered?

@@jlepre752 If the signal was powered, you would have blown up your active speaker and you could still smell the smoke in your room... so it´s not. Did you use the XLR output or the 6,35mm jack output?
