So! I stuck on the moment that you came with your project and your opinion of choosing 4ohm woofer! You mention about sensitivity and thats the teason for your 4ohm coice! I have to say that prospective its not the absolute proper one. I learn to make crossovers with my eyes on matching sensitivity AND phase AND impedance! By taking the "m" shape of rs52fn (on frequency responce)and tring to keep on high sensitivity without first getting the proper phase its mistaken . I see attenuation as a solution on how to pair it first with tha tweeter and after to get on woofers side. There on woofers side to choose a 4 ohm to get in "similar like" sensitivity its like you plan to do not work in a crossover for it! (Maybe active dont know) But to cut properly in about 750hz on second order ,you have to look how the impedance will drop an impedance that allready is low as result of a 4ohm choice! Hypothetical an 1.3mH is easy and also can stay aircore but your second "leg" the capacitor have to go in very high capacitance to give a nice slope ! This exactly is the reason that on the area about .3 to .6 khz your impedance will drop significantly low and you deal with a mid that will stay in about 6ohm area and after comes a tweeter of 4ohm with similar 4ohm impedance. That will produce a speaker that is gonna ask from the amplifier consistency in phasma of frequencies and level of going close to 2ohm possibly in bass 6in mid to return again in about 3somthing! So amplifier stressing. And also as i said phase! Inconsistent phase. I have opinion about because i am running a similar project for my studio monitors that i matched the rs52fn with an old old peerless 6ohm tweeter and an 8ohm 8inch woofer that with 2.4mH and about 50μf its easy without making speaker to ask from the amplifier crazy low impedance (exept the two teeth in fb tuning area the rest is a flat 6 ohm straight graph) and also phase doesn run over +-10 degrees. Overall i like your content its nice even the multilingual is nice. You will not gonna cover me for sure in Greek (just kidding)... Keep on regards from Greece.!....

Thanks. I am sitting in office next to Greek collegue from Thessaloniki, I don't understand greek but he learns fast czech language.I intend crossover on 250 Hz and 3000 Hz, I never done 3 -way before so let's see if my ideas will fail again.

May I will try to give a little help on this!. Your plan for so low target on mid its dangerous fs its about 440 so you can play safe about double on second order about 800-900hz and in third order will go as low as 500hz but on this you will have themes to pair correct with phase. There is the problem. You have any computer program as carduix or xsim for crossover design? They will help you alot and as you will learn them you will have results good and nice by far! Also a dats V3 from dayton is a very good tool for this job.
