Taking pictures and video in public isnt illegal , there is no expectation of privacy when in public..... meanwhile the people filming the people taking pics , they are doing the same thing by taking videos 😂 isn't illegal... would be different if they were in the bathroom or like a changing room
No, there are laws (depending on the state) that say taking photos for the propose of sexual gratification is illegal. It also differs if the subjects are minors, or the photo taking is seen as some for of harassment. Also the term "in public" applies to a surprisingly few places. For example, most restaurants (my line of work) have a policy of no filming or photography. If you are walking down the sidewalk, yeah you pretty much can't say shit, but like the pool for example, that looked like a hotel. You can definitely get in trouble for that. Pretty sure these guys just don't want to be cancelled, regardless of the law, though.
It may not be illegal, but if someone is being a creeper about it, you can confront the person. They won't get arrested, but you can certainly humiliate them.
I do street photography sometimes, which is just taking pictures of people in the street, but I'm not a creeper about it. It's like photojournalism. You know the guy in that clip was going to beat off to the pics of the girls in the bathroom prior to his flight. 😂

@@mathewhosier9739 Yeah that's literally not true...the laws on sexual harassment (at least where I am from, and I believe most western countries) state that any behaviour considered by a reasonable person as offensive or intrusive can qualify as sexual harassment. Taking one photo of someone isn't harassment. Taking multiple photos of the same person, following them around, taking inappropriate photos (up-skirt pics), and making offensive comments, can be considered sexual harassment. By your logic it's not even illegal to take up-skirt pictures, something which is blatantly illegal in most countries. I get where you are coming from, but theres a difference between taking a few photos of someone, and harassment, and that's what I'm trying to point out.

Would u still want them out? And let's be honest if it bothers u that much and u think they are putting people at risk why not just stay as far away as possible? I have medical issues and my doctor told me he would give me the exemption papers and I said no. Anyway now we don't have to were as mask, as a matter of fact it was never a law. I walk around without a mask all the time and I have an autoimmune disease which put me at a higher risk, I'll take my chances because by not wearing a mask ur building up antibodies. But I'm also a respectful person and always carry a mask with me because there are some private businesses that won't allow u in without one and I'm happy to oblige.

I remember when I first seen that hairdresser put Robyn in her place I was so proud of her for sticking up for her employees over her clients. People get scared to offend the customers especially in small businesses in fear of losing their client/payment so it made me respect her so much more seeing her instantly stand up for her co worker

GOOD for the hairdresser! This is what employers *should* do. Unfortunately, there are so many managers/owners that will fail to protect their employees in the name of "the customer is always right". That is a terrible motto to live by. There are a TON of customers that are definitely not right and will try to abuse the fact that so many companies operate by that policy.

It is literally a law in most states that employers have to provide a safe and non hostile work environment. I run an extremely successful small business and I have kicked 3 people out of my store over the past 6 years for being nasty to my employees.

She did this for years and years when that man died he left all his money for that waitress who dealt with him. I am in my late 50's now but I still remember my drafting teacher from High School who no one liked but I took his class anyway, he never smiled and he did seem mean, but what I soon realized is he just wanted the best from us, so I did my best for him and in the 20+ years he thought at that school I was the first student he ever presented an award for outstanding work, yes that teacher gave me an award, the teacher no one liked, but I took the time to see he only wanted us to do well, and I will never forget him. I have been doing well since then, some people just seem rude but they just want the best from us, and sometimes that is a good thing. (not all of them but some of them) You seem rational to me and I am sure you did what you saw was the best thing to do. I remember once an old lady cut in front of me on a long line, I said to myself I am not going to say a thing to this old lady it's ok, she can stay, she knows what she did but it's ok with me. When it was her turn (after about 10 min on the line with me) she turn around and said to me I cut in front of you would you like to go next, I said well thank you very much and did. People at times just need some understanding from us who know better, we don't have to win all the time or say anything to them, I have tons of examples of good and bad, but the main point is how we react in each situation not how they act.

I hate how disrespectful people are to 9-5 retail and workshop workers. I work at a gas station while I’m going to college, and this is such a common thing… we are trying to serve you, putting ourselves at risk of getting sick every single day, and these people piss me off. Even if we fuck up on accident, it doesn’t give you the right to yell at us and berate us.

Those girl that confronted the guy taking pictures of them were brave. I’d be too afraid to confront him; if he’s deranged enough to take creep shots in public, then I don’t know WHAT he’s got going on in his head or what he’s capable of. Hope he learned his lesson, but sadly people like that tend to be repeat offenders.
Actually, and believe me I’m not defending him at all, it’s not illegal to take pictures of anyone in public, it’s already been ruled on in the US that you have no expectation of privacy in public. So if you are in public and someone takes your picture, they don’t need your permission and you have no legal recourse. If they would have gotten a police officer they may (but probably not) gotten in trouble for harassing him if he pressed the issue. I don’t know for sure if that airport was in the US and if the laws would be the same anywhere else.
There was nothing wrong with what he did. He was taking photos in public where people don't have an expectation of privacy. Who cares if someone takes a photo of you when everyone can see you and remember what you looked like anyway. How did this guy taking photos effect them in any way?

I've seen so many comments regarding the legality of photo or video taken in a public place, and I will say that unfortunately most of these photos were taken legally. However intention, subject matter, location and timing, and the nature of the photo all play large parts in determining the legality of a photo, even in a public place

You really need to watch the full clip of each video before you crop it and then comment on what is happening. This video has many incorrect storylines, that you repeat multiple times in slighty different sentence structures before each clip, again though, you just repeat the same thing over and over again. When you haven't watched the full clip, you comment incorrectly. For example, the lady at the gas station had actually offered the couple $100 to buy what she needed and couldn't buy herself, for whatever reason, whether she wasn't wearing a mask or whatever.
