    If only Ralf would call back Karl and Wolfgang for a reunion. Imagine that. Yes... one can dream.... They could put Florian's robot on the stage during that concert as a tribute to him. Or put his Robot into the audience, letting him watch the show.

      TO WERKERS/[a private musician group of people around the world]; I have been 'feeling low' for a few days.. however I feel a lot 'saddened' today.. I can only give my sincere heartfelt condolences to our friend Wolfgang and his friends Ralf and Karl../.. 73 years is too young.. I will never forget meeting Florian [29 years ago!].. I SAY THIS TO OUR YOUNG FRIENDS.. HE will never be forgotten BY ME OR ANY OF US.. THE BAND THAT PIONEERED ALL TECHNOLOGY AND ELECTRONIC SOUND 'YET TO COME'.. 168 hour working week and they still can't even come up with one new tune in 15 years.

    • @halfrutter2226
      @halfrutter2226 7 лет назад +19

      He very clearly explained what the 168 hour work week includes. There is much more that goes into the work than just composing and recording. What they do is worth waiting for. They create music that has never been done before and high tech graphics and art. Add all the business involved, and there is the work week.

      They've been doing this since 1968. It would be quite normal after 30-40 years for any artist or group to reach a point where things slow down. Or retire, or go solo, or change activities. It's quite remarkable that a group (or small company) still exists, produce and perform after so many years. Not even most normal employees in any other branche or industry achieve that these days.
      Ralf is in his seventies now and it would be very understandable if he decided to call it quits after delivering 3d-The Catalogue a d a tour. Because like be said: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, all albums are now remastered and presented in one package/catalogue. It sounds like a full circle.
      I'm curious about what kind of arrangements he might have made for 'his' Kraftwerk, when the unavoidable moment comes that he himself has or wants to retire, or worse... Is that going to be the end of Kraftwerk, to forever become a historic musical phenomena? Or would he, in compliance with the idea of the replaceble 'music workers', have arranged for someone to take over his role, like the positions of all the other former group-members have been replaced by new 'music workers'?

      Talvez ele queira nesse momento ficar mais com seus familiares, ainda mais que seu amigo Florian desencarnou há 1 ano e está trabalhando as etapas do luto.
