Hi Melissa hope you're doing well I have missed some videos so I'm going to try and catch up now. We built a new home in Florida so we just had our closing on the 25th of September. We drove to Florida on the 22 and got in our home on the 25th. Then had the furniture delivered and the storage unit delivered on the 28. It's been crazy. We are all moved in now. Now we are on our way back home for a few weeks then we will be back to Florida on the 1st of November. I worked my butt off so now I need a rest. I will just be visiting with my children, grandchildren, family and some friends until we leave in November. I always love your videos and I learn so much. Thank you for all you do for us. Anxiety is a harsh reality that those who don't experience it can't truly wrap their brain around. No need for you to over share, our own intervention for our mental health is a journey that only responds to patience & self awareness that that feeling will pass & we can take a deep breath & not feel so overwhelmed for a time, anxiety is a cycle, but one we can manage. Hi Mrs M, just wanted to mention that Bee Venom in any product can effect medications we take orally or topically etc. Just a quick check should be done with any topical creams gels etc by and RX or over the counter skin care. Sometimes we dont think of that, but now there is so many natural ingredients in topical lotions creams n such and get absorbed into our skin and our blood stream, It Could be a small amount in the products or large but always worth a quick search, for any meds n creams interactions. I feel like a hot, sweaty mess daily also! 😭😭😑 I am torn because I dread the cold, gray rain & minimal daylight, and actually adore the sunshine and perfect 60-65 degree days, but it's been hotter than a taint, and my body is always dripping. Even my shins sweat 😭. I need some cooler weather because I'm a sweaty Betty, and I'm trying to be weary of what I wish for because of the dark winters. Being a woman is difficult! 😅 I hope you are well! I think about you, and hope things are better. I totally understand being uncomfortable with vulnerability & I'm a fairly private person, so I just want to reiterate that you don't owe anyone but yourself anything. I think it is super valuable to change up your skin care. I “skin cycle” because I have so many products that I rotate. Your new finds, help me decide what to try next. Thank you! And I too love the Naturium 1% Retinaldehyde. During the day I using a a DMEA serum followed by a multi peptide with growth factors cream from Stratia that absorb beautifully. A little of each goes a long way. 😊
Hi Melissa I'm loving all the lilac/lavender blushes around right now as I'm super pale and very cool toned. I decided to buy a purple blush (looks bright purple in the tube) from made by Mitchell, with the thought of adding it to some of my other liquid blushes to create my perfect lavender shade. Well it's not pigmented enough for that and is in fact a fabulous colour on me all on it's own - looks like the shade I naturally flush with exertion or temperature fluctuations. I'm really pleased with it - even if it's not what I expected lol. So instead I tried the LA girl blue mixer in some of my liquid blushes and it works to make that more lilac shade. I struggle with the undertone of some makeup products as I'm so very cool toned eg Rare beauty liquid blush in encourage is badged as a mauve, but on me turns very orange and really not pretty at all. I bought it last holiday season in a kit and the two minis work so much better on me (including the really berry shade used sparingly). The blue mixer helps it a bit, but I'm still experimenting with that right now. I will probably buy the Nars and the Glossier blushes on my wishlist, but I'm having fun mixing the perfect shade in some of the pink tones I already have. Best wishes.

I noticed you’re wearing the No. 7 cool ivory foundation. I gave that but it’s waaay too dark! I’m wondering if it oxidizes??? I don’t know much about that. I only have this and Estée Lauder 24 hr double wear (2 bottles) but that makes my wrinkles show ( I’m 66 ). I should probably just get a shade lighter on the foundation. On Estée Lauder I wear Ecru color.

The Numbuzin has a tiny bit of oil in it, which is wonderfully hydrating. The AHA/BHA toner is an exfoliating product. And the Bifida Toner is a great antioxidant & skin smoother.
No. Although they both have bifida in them. They each have other ingredients that do different things. The Mist has mushroom & Peony bark for skin barrier protection. And the biome has 5 kinds of Hyaluronic Acid to Hyper moisturize & prep skin for whatever product your using next to penetrate further.

Just a suggestion, since you’ve made your hair, a darker shade of blonde, you need to lighten up your background so you have contrast and separation from the background. Maybe that’s your intent not sure, but your face shows and everything else looks kind of dark. And your eye is drawn to the lighted feature on the left as you look at the video. Take it from a filmmaker. This world looks so much better if you lighten up the background. Love your content, and have gotten some great skin care, tools, and ideas from you, including the bifida, and the Succo Yocca whatever it’s called :-) all the best.
I used to have Alpha dark spot treatment but now they can’t use hydroquinone because of CARES act. How stupid is that to include it in the CARES act?!?! Another reason to be fed up with politicians 😂

Hi Mrs M, just wanted to mention that Bee Venom in any product can effect medications we take orally or topically etc. Just a quick check should be done with any topical creams gels etc by and RX or over the counter skin care. Sometimes we dont think of that, but now there is so many natural ingredients in topical lotions creams n such and get absorbed into our skin and our blood stream, It Could be a small amount in the products or large but always worth a quick search, for any meds n creams interactions. I feel like a hot, sweaty mess daily also! 😭😭😑 I am torn because I dread the cold, gray rain & minimal daylight, and actually adore the sunshine and perfect 60-65 degree days, but it's been hotter than a taint, and my body is always dripping. Even my shins sweat 😭. I need some cooler weather because I'm a sweaty Betty, and I'm trying to be weary of what I wish for because of the dark winters. Being a woman is difficult! 😅 I hope you are well! I think about you, and hope things are better. And I too love the Naturium 1% Retinaldehyde. During the day I using a a DMEA serum followed by a multi peptide with growth factors cream from Stratia that absorb beautifully. A little of each goes a long way. 😊

Hi Melissa I'm loving all the lilac/lavender blushes around right now as I'm super pale and very cool toned. I decided to buy a purple blush (looks bright purple in the tube) from made by Mitchell, with the thought of adding it to some of my other liquid blushes to create my perfect lavender shade. Well it's not pigmented enough for that and is in fact a fabulous colour on me all on it's own - looks like the shade I naturally flush with exertion or temperature fluctuations. I'm really pleased with it - even if it's not what I expected lol. So instead I tried the LA girl blue mixer in some of my liquid blushes and it works to make that more lilac shade. I struggle with the undertone of some makeup products as I'm so very cool toned eg Rare beauty liquid blush in encourage is badged as a mauve, but on me turns very orange and really not pretty at all. I bought it last holiday season in a kit and the two minis work so much better on me (including the really berry shade used sparingly). The blue mixer helps it a bit, but I'm still experimenting with that right now. I will probably buy the Nars and the Glossier blushes on my wishlist, but I'm having fun mixing the perfect shade in some of the pink tones I already have. Best wishes.

I noticed you’re wearing the No. 7 cool ivory foundation. I gave that but it’s waaay too dark! I’m wondering if it oxidizes??? I don’t know much about that. I only have this and Estée Lauder 24 hr double wear (2 bottles) but that makes my wrinkles show ( I’m 66 ). I should probably just get a shade lighter on the foundation. On Estée Lauder I wear Ecru color.

How do you think the toner you mentioned compares to the Numbuzin No3. Have you tried that one?
The Numbuzin has a tiny bit of oil in it, which is wonderfully hydrating. The AHA/BHA toner is an exfoliating product. And the Bifida Toner is a great antioxidant & skin smoother.

Just a suggestion, since you’ve made your hair, a darker shade of blonde, you need to lighten up your background so you have contrast and separation from the background. Maybe that’s your intent not sure, but your face shows and everything else looks kind of dark. And your eye is drawn to the lighted feature on the left as you look at the video. Take it from a filmmaker. This world looks so much better if you lighten up the background. Love your content, and have gotten some great skin care, tools, and ideas from you, including the bifida, and the Succo Yocca whatever it’s called :-) all the best.
