I listen to your Bible Studies at least 5 days a week. Whatever scripture our SS lesson is on that week, I listen to your commentary on it. I have currently been focusing on my own study of 1st and 2nd Corinthians with your help. Thanks for making the Word come to life and easier to understand.
I'm leading a Mens Ministry that my former pastor started with the intention of training up other men in the way of God. After His passing in November 2022 I started a mens group but didn't really promote it. Then My new pastor asked me to lead a small group and it was time to step up. There is no one in Heaven but Jesus and God. John 3:13. It’s that simple. You either belief the truth or you don’t! Everyone that has passed away is sleeping and waiting for Jesus to come back and the non believers are waiting for their judgement day.
What John 3:13 is talking about is the physical man ascending to heaven. Jesus was the only one that ascended physically to heaven. So those that pass away it's their spirit(the breath of God) that goes to heaven, while their soul awaits judgment.
