Love a long tail. I only use Sheepskin saddle cloths Le Mieux or Premier Equine so there is a limited range of colours. I prefer to ride in cold and dry rather than warm, wet and windy!
Completely agree with the colourful saddle pads thing. For once I bought a fancy coloured saddle pad for Woody and it slips around like crazy 🤦 Think I'll stick to the reliable roma and poly pads from now on
I have plain numnahs/pads, in shades of blue, plus one white one that I thought was a dressage pad, but turns out it isn't. Ahh the days when i was fit and healthy and thought I'd be going out competing! I prefer cooler dry weather, I overheat badly in hot weather, and the damp irritates my nerve damage. Love your Christmas tree with the ornaments people have given you. And how cool is that, you making a birthday card for someone!
Yes I should have said white saddle pad as well, have plenty of them. Shades of blue is nice. I feel slightly sorry for the person receiving the hand drawn card but I enjoy doing it and it’s save a few pounds. 😂🙈
Have to say I’m one of those people with waaaay too many saddle pads!! I try to have them ordered seasonally. So I’ve got ones for spring/summer and ones for autumn/winter. But I will admit I have 2 I’ve never used!! 😂 and as for Xmas decs…. Ours go up on the 1st December and come down round about the 5th Jan (the day before I go back to work) 😊
I like that you bring your saddle pads out seasonally. They all get a turn being used. ☺️ I’m a fan of the decs coming down early, once Xmas is done I like them down and a tidy house for the New Year.

I don’t think anyone is going to agree with me on preferring to ride in the warm, wind and rain.😂

I do like a Poly Pad they last for years and years.
No matchy matchy here and I only use polypad saddle pads, so no high wither or straps to fasten on - and I love my stubben string girth 😄
Love a Poly Pad, they last years and years.
Never tried a string girth but know plenty that rave about them.
Definitely disagree with the wet weather 😂😂😂 gimme that crisp dry winter 👌
😂😂 Think everyone who’s commented is fan of dry and cold. I’m very much outnumbered 😆.
@EJMEQUESTRIAN 😂😂😂

@EJMEQUESTRIAN I'd be delighted if someone took the time to hand draw me a card! 🙂

I don't have to worry about sub 4 and dry because it's not that cold during the day here in Australia.
Oh that would make me very happy if it never got below 4 degrees.
