Thankyou man. You didn't just save my day but even 2 years of my life as I had been struggling since then to find out about how to import CSV data into colab. Actually I've been following a book on data science and it uses the Jupiter notebook environment to teach ML and because I don't have a computer to install Jupiter in, I wasn't able to proceed with learning Data science. Now, thanks to this Google Colab online environment, I can learn ML straight off the browser on my tab and don't need a computer to set up Jupiter.

No, if you are using the same CSV file you will have access to that once you upload into google drive.
