Gradually badhayie distance week ke baad week c) Aapke age mein bas consistency important hei. Koi fast run jaroori nahi hei d) Strength workout hafte mein 3-4 din kijiye using less weight e) Ek acha sa joota rakhiye for Full marathon. Usse aapka 42 km ka distance aachi hogi
