Wow, thanks so much! This was VERY helpful! I didn’t have the valve in the closed up position when trying to inflate it, so when I would disconnect the pump, it was quite the struggle to get the cap on in time. Haha 😂 Thanks again!
Would be great if pump came with the option of a standard electric plug. Some Newer cars come with an 🔌 outlet and car battery is not easily accessible
You don't need to turn on your vehicle because you are connecting directly on to your battery and you will connect the cables to your battery as you said.
First time using pump and board, auto protect turns it off at 7 psi. I've waited an hour to try and get it working but it won't. It's a mild day and even with a break it won't work. Is there no way to over ride this pump? Or is it 7 the max it goes before over heating. First impression is very negative with no customer support.
Well the pump I received with my SUP was dead. I sent them a video as requested but haven’t heard back since! So I’m pumping manually while looking at the electric pump! Not a very satisfying customer service experience!!
Hi there- not an Irocker person, but I have done this. I found that my car was giving a low battery warning by the end of the charging (when engine not on) so it is better to have engine on. However, my charging station is in the back so I was choking a bit on the exhaust. Need to set up and then stand away.

When deflating the board, you mentioned to use to Auto button, will the pump stop automatically when there is no air in the board? Please advise.

When I connect that thing to my battery, should my car be off, then start it? Should I connect them in any certain order? Black first? Red first?

This started happening to me on my 3rd run , the auto protect continually shutting off.
Great boards, happy they have customer service but beware - Slow to ship and zero options for faster delivery.

Should of actually have used it for the demonstration. Unable to hear the pump run for a purchase decision.
