Excellent job, if some viewers do not like your accent, they can always go to another site. Thanks, for the excellent explanation.

    Absolutely true...one should practice it...
but it is a slow process...and here it is not common even to talk english fluently, environment matters a lot.
Definitely it would have been an added advantage if they talk in proper accent but its not expected from people who are not at all brought up in english community.
You may be talking in english since you are born, everyone doesn't get that.

I'm just trying to tell you, this video series is just a good effort by their side, they are doing as it was possible for them, it is of the year 2005.

Great video! I am currently an engineering student and this helped me understand the principals of absorption refrigeration. Can the intermittent system (perhaps with further development), conceivably, be used for cooling at large-scale industrial facilities?

Yes...that may be true for you..its kinda Indian accent...whatever be the case...it is very helpful for many of us...
Every body is not as talented literate of english as much you are! Atleast dont insult...anyone...

Very impressive explanation for VARS. Like it. Will you please give some more technical information like, what will be the internal pressure of generator (Ammonia absorption system) Temp is know as 65.c as ammonia boils at 65.c

Nice, you should always suggest and thats really good if you suggest!!
then only change will be possible, not by using harsh words.
    thank you,
and always appreciate what you liked, like you did in comment above..
    Sorry, if I am wrong!

No. I started talking English when I came to Canada, 6 years ago. Before any important meeting, I still practice proper articulation, so people have less trouble understanding me. The guy is trying to do more: public speaches. He can at least practice the my way, with the cheap and simple program "Talk to Me" (can be Googled). It has samples of frases and it recording your frases, so you can hear yoursef. It even gives you marks for the clarity and word stresses.

For me he way some people speaking their Pinlish - is extreamely insulting. They just ignore all the other people, let alone English phonetic...
They don't realise that their mix of Hindy and some English is abnormal - not my understanding of them.
So, I am the one - who is insulted with them ignoring me. While it is easy tho get special computer program and practice the way you speak, like I do. Is easy to do special execises for your mouth, like actors in theaters.
Just a few minutes every day

Anyway, guy can at least remove the too frequently used words "OK" from your speach. Can improve intonation - switch from monotonous to the better one. Can at least make the effort to ARTICULATE sounds in words better. But to do this, he has to listen to the native speakers radio brodcasting, not to the local teachers.
At this his level - it is too early to talk about an acsent, this is just poor pronanciation - not acsent yet.
I listend to his newer speach - he sound a little better now though
