I can relate so much to this song. No one made me “ trade my violets for roses “ so to speak but I can relate to the fact she lost herself. I feel like I lost myself and I’m trying to find me again .🌹

Ugh first time hearing this song and the line about “Lillies of the valley” gave me chills. I am sitting here with a lily of the valley Tattoo on my arm, in honor of my late mom (her birth month flower). Today would have been her 52nd birthday, she passed away January 2023 suddenly from the big C.
