The portable charger I have is the one that shows the battery level via an LCD screen by showing a number to indicate the remaining battery capacity (00-100). While charging, the number in the ones digit will flash. When the battery is low, the whole screen will flash "05" as an indicator that it's at 5%. It'll then count down from 05 to 04, 03, 02, 01, then 00.
