It's impossible to really tell as there's so much cosmetics involved. It may just be that 2017 Mariah wasn't done up like she was here. There would of been a different make-up artist too ofc.
Indeed her voice is damaged for life. The only thing I admire about her is that SHE NEVER GIVES UP, keeps trying and trying. That is one thing that no one can deny! But I would never pay to go to a concert to listen to this. It hurts my ears like crazy. But I stick to the old performances, only. Unfortunately, her voice is gone and she has frauded it several times, but people yet pay to see her performances. Go figure! She clouded the brilliant imagine people have of her | (or had, I believe). And her behaviour? She lost it! Too bad! But that is what the world prefers, sex appeal and fake stuff over real talent, which she literally buried.
