The sceptre recombination was totally correct. And he had a 35% chance to succeed which he did.
agreed, crafting a prefix on both weapons increases the chance to get 3 mods, but also dillutes the shit out of the prefixes and causing you to have a 10% chance of success, no idea how someone thought it was a 6% chance
@@iconical1 crafting a prefix is best when trying to get 2 mods. But when going for 3 it just increases the chance of saving 2 of em

Yea I was the big wumbo that said 6% lmfao. I read the reddit post the night before and confused some of the numbers, its 3 prefix and 2 suffix that is 6%. Also for some reason I did not see he had +1 all spell skill gems on both. Back to not typing in twitch chat KEKW

Love your vids. I've been trying to go deeper into poe crafting and it's a hell of a rabbit hole. But my main question is how you have your sockets like that. Each with patterns so you don't have to rely on color. I'm red green colorblind and looking at the 2 sockets next to eachother is headache inducing. How do I change my sockets to be like that?
There's a setting in the options-> UI for socket notches. This will make your sockets show with the notches
You hit +2 curse and +2 duration at 3:18, were those not good enough to keep?

mostly are something like
- max. frenzy
- ele weakness curse
- attack speed
- attack crit
- +2 aura gem
You can get amazing stuff if lucky. Like +1 max frenzy, vuln, atk crit, Inc max life and atk speed.

Every time I do like 5x Hands gamble - all of them get 3-5 implicits. Every time I do Quad tab+, all of them brick before getting 3 implicits, and even thos are terrible. I don't know if that is a coincidence, but it feels real bad, lol.
Probably because ur more carful with less items, more YOLO energy with a whole tab full.
But I am guessing.

Because rares are harder than uniques now, the outcome of rare items is also higher than uniques. That's why hands of the high templar gamble is way worse this league

You mean the crafting extra prefixes or suffixes to get a higher pool, na dude that works as intended thought it's only a bit higher chance than without doing it and carefully getting each mod with no other affixes.

I recognize "Sentinel_QCisback" I simply was messaging him for a double implicit synth ring he had listed, his responses made no sense, I was asking if he was seriously selling it, if he wanted to increase the price, etc. because he was replying to me with nonsense but not inviting me to trade. I thought maybe there was a language barrier and he was annoyed with me messaging him or something, so I had a friend try to buy the ring. He invited my friend straight away and then attempted the classic "oops 1 second inv full" then swap the ring with another scam. Glad to see his card gamba didn't pay out.
Average number of Hands to get 5 implicit is 32 (and 64 Vaal orbs). First 42 gloves: "F u, we don't even get third implicit".
A tip for these kinds of gambles that can brick.
You do every items once till you get at lest one mod, then order them from best to worst, then try for two and order from best to worst and repeat the process.
The reason for doing this is to keep at lest the few best items you may get, I used this method for year's on Ragnarok online for upgrading armor and weapons (each upgraded having a higher and higher chance to destroy the item).

There is a 86% chance to not get a single 5-mod high templar gloves. out of 144.
math: 0.25% chance to brick per vaal orb, needs 5 mods -> 0.09765625% chance to get 5 mods w/o brick
cumulative propability P(X < x): 0 successes, 144 attempts
if you were vaal 2000 HotHT, there is a 85% chance to get at least one 5-mod.
It should be 50/50 to either brick or to add an implicit since you don't care about the other outcomes and you would just use another vaal orb. So a 5 implicit would be winning 5 50/50's in a row or a 1/32 ~3%

@@deciever99 I know what you're thinking but it's a 25% chance to brick no matter how you split it. 50% for "nothing" (no change + white socket), 25% for added implicit, 25% for brick.
@@Mageblood He is right. If we take away the pool that we would reroll anyways then it becomes 50/50 to either hit an implicit or brick it. So it really is 5 consecutive 50/50 = 3,125% to have 5 implicits.
