In my work at distribution network I have to close n.o during shutdown unfortunately I have to close n.o between different extra high voltage with different generation source so my question is can I make synchronism between the two network or not please give me more detailed ?

The lamp will be more bright when all phases are out of phase. At 7:00 you said if we connect switch at this instance (even though the brightness is more of all 3 lamp as compared to rest condition ) there will be heavy sparking so we connect switch when all 3 lamp are dark. Then why did you write it three lamp dark and simultaneously bright method . We are not here connecting the switch when the lamps are bright so why the name is given so.
How synchroscope work and it's direction decided??
Sir here with volt meter and 3 bulb method, one can easily synchronize machine to grid. In 3 bulb method,if 1 dark and 2 glow equally with a very less flickering rate, then my phase sequence as well as operating frequency also can be obtained.
Then sir what is the use of synchronoscope?
If the bulbs are flickering at very low rate, this means frequency is matched or slightly greater than system frequency.Then why we use this synchronoscope.

Sir how to check phase sequence
Sir in one dark 2 lamp method if B Is coincide with Y' and R is coincide with B' and R' is coincide with Y.
Then also we got one dark and two bright but actually those are not in phase squence explain sir.
In this condition all three lamps are either bright or dark

Sir I didn't understand 1/3 rd voltage, lamps become dark.
