I'm a white man and I have been harrassed by police to the point where I had to finally take legal action and eventually I won, however I can't imagine the fear my poor black brothers and sisters must feel when they see being mistreated while alone by these badged bullies, killers! I urge all of us to fight tyranny and we must stand together no matter what colour we are and get these bad cops off the street

Yeah Im white and been beat by them and threatened to be killed. My Dad was a cop and I hated him he was so abusive but he wasn’t a corrupt cop though and busted others for stuff and thats prob part of the reason why I was so targeted by other police. He worked for Capital Police, we lived in PG county, so they were pretty close and probably had friends within each other. M😢mhdil
I have been harassed as a white woman more than any black people I know. That color sht is a joke. Wht people are harassed and killed more than blks are.
I've seen this video in full, and the kid was not intoxicated at all! He was taken to jail and tested by his blood and again, was proven not to be intoxicated.
Same thing happened to me first they smelt alcohol .. then it was drugs .. nothing but my regular meds so now they're charging me for taking my meds the night before
EXACTLY! I came here to say this video IS very poorly put together. The stories cut when it gets to the good parts. I agree with you. I saw that full video and that kid was not intoxicated or showing any signs of intoxication a and the other vids covering that story exactly that!

Jeff, you cannot be arrested for failure to show ID unless you have committed a crime! The officer has zero grounds to request your ID and should he arrest you you would be able to sue the police department of this backwater town!
That girl cop was on her first week on the job @8:27 and was fired a week or so later for that encounter with the guy in the gas station.
It’s embarrassing that this officer doesn’t know when he can LEGALLY demand an ID as opposed to requesting it at the discretion of the citizen!

My theory. I think he was hoping the guy he scanned was going to run and ring himself up for a fleeing and eluding but when he didn't take off running the officer was stumped. Most dirtbags with warrants will run.

I got a warrant years ago over a traffic ticket I was told I didn’t need to appear for by the prosecutor herself and when I went to renew my license they arrested me. Am I a dirtbag? There are seven states that still have stop and ID laws ... please don't spread misinformation that if taken could land someone in jail. I live in one of these states...and unfortunately if a police officer requests my ID I HAVE to provide it.

I think it's rediculous that the sargent knows the laws of filming in public but does not think it's his job to educate his officers.
The young man stopped for drinking and driving and then for driving while high (neither of which was demonstrated in the tests) is to be congratulated for staying calm and performing all tests very well! The police,on the other hand, are clearly dirty cops trying to pad their statistics! They should be fired and lose their State certification as Law Enforcement!
They should be charged with criminal charges and serve time. They’re willing to recklessly screw up someone’s life, they should get twice the punishment. Most people have no idea how even a misdemeanor can jam you up in so many ways but these cops do and so if they’re willing to lie to make up charges they should be prosecuted twice fold for that behavior.

I have serious doubts that the officer in Mississippi actually served in the military. He had no issues whatsoever hearing the veteran and was super quick to snap back at him but at 5:13 when the veteran asked him if he was a veteran and then asked where did you serve. The cop said huh? Then said its none of your business. People who lie tend to say huh or what when they're asked questions they dont have an answer for. Its pretty sickening too that the same cop said this isnt a free state this is Mississippi if you dont like it go back to Florida.
To me, the cops who planted “evidence” in the vehicle at the 23 plus minute should face serious charges for planting evidence and extortion! IMO, this is very serious as they are screwing with people’s lives. The Death Penalty should apply as they are looking to wreck the lives of the driver and passengers! How can you go home to your family at the end of your shift and not feel guilty for all of your evil deeds under the color of Law? To me, these officers forfeited their careers and the freedom, not to mention the public’s already shaky faith in the police!

What do you think would happen if there were no police? Crime would be rampant, just like in every liberal city, but the leaders in those cities could care less. They will still have personal security paid for by taxpayers. And when someone breaks into your house, you will have no one to call for help. Ridding cities, counties, and states of police is the dumbest thing that could be done, and it would only end up hurting innocent citizens.

Imagine being in a country where the law contradicts law enforcement from completing a simple id check, imagine some psyco casing out a police station to plan an attack, police approach him n he mentions the first amendment once then instantly wins the conversation and walks away. Not saying people arent free to fly drones or record in public, but why tf record a police station without a reason or accusing them of something, feels more like intentional provocation everytime i see one.

There needs to be an ironclad law mandating that this type of conduct by cops should be investigated by a truly independent oversight board, free from influence or interference by cops, unions, or politicians, and should provide for a penalty of a mandatory minimum prison sentence for the offending officer(s) or anyone attempting to influence the outcome of the investigation on their behalf if the allegations are sustained. In addition, their eligibility to hold any public/government/union position, even as a contractor, should forever be revoked. The only possible explanations for ineptitude this insidious are laziness, cowardice, or intentional malice.

And these cops just get more and more lazy, don't they? They can just sit back, run every license plate, retina scan every person, and eventually they will find someone with a warrant. That will give them something to do, and they can remain seated in their cruiser for most of the day. They could be out actually helping the public and maybe even stopping crime as it happens. But that warrant from five years ago, yeah that's good too.

I feel for that older man harassed by the bully cop ! I really wish I could have been with him that night. That cop was intimidating him unnecessarily and someone like myself to step up for him would have been helpful. There is no need for a police officer to take that tone and attitude and he could learn some humility. I could help him with that as well, at no extra cost!

I've watched thousands of these videos where they even make their own "laws" cuz they expect none of us to actually know OR practice our rights. They play God and can get away with just about anything.
I have my personal experiences where NOW when i encounter a cop i pretty much have a panic attack even though I'm doing nothing wrong, my FIRST ever arrest i was 18 and some man was eyeing my purse in my cart and said to his gf (is that hers?) So i went over to my cart and it turned into an argument, i was told i was free to leave walmart. I got in my car 5 squad cars surrounded me opened my door and yelled for me to get my ID, i was crying and said they told me i was free to leave since i hadn't done anything, the cop screamed again for me to shut up and get my ID, as SOON as i reached next to y right for my purse i was grabbed by my hair and hood and thrown to the ground, my wallet went flying and they knelt on my neck and back while grinding my forehead into the pavement, they arrested me and rolled all the windows down in winter while blasting music calling me a dumbass etc on the 20 min drive to jail. AFTER DOING NOTHING WRONG, this cop was actually fired a few years later because of so many complaints and he was KNOWN around for being the worst. I have other stories but the fact that they are murderers and can end your life with one false movement makes me shit myself in their presence. I'm in Mn cops here don't care

There were no signs of impairment- the officer was trying to stitch him up because he didn't like the footballer's attitude, even though he didn't have a bad attitude.
He explained that he was drug tested on a weekly basis, but the cop just wouldn't let it go.

When are people ever going to learn their constitutional rights? You never have to provide ID to a police officer unless you've committed a crime and are under arrest or have committed a traffic violation.
Not true. There's 7 or 8 states that are stop and I.D. states. If you refuse to show ID in those states even if you didnt commit a crime or anything at all then you can be arrested. Its bs but thats the law in these states. And what's messed up is the rest of the states that you dont have to identify yourselves in, the cops will insist you have to and do whatever they want to intimate us and even arrest us if we dont show it. They're thugs with a badge. Me personally, I dont argue with them and just give my drivers license and stay calm even if they're in the wrong because I know how cops are and I dont ever want to give them any reason to arrest or shoot me. Whatever issues I have I'll take it up in court. Thankfully I've never gotten into serious trouble and I've only ever had traffic violations. But still cops scare the $hit outta me and that's not how its supposed to be. No other profession in the world does employees bully and kill their employers besides police officers.
