Why the police arrest innocent people. The reason that ALL law enforcement officers make so many arrests, mostly of innocent civilians, is because they “understand” thru training, discussions, shop talk, the ladder of career, bar room banter, bragging rights, pay bonuses, and their superiors tell them to KEEP THE JAIL BEDS FULL. If investigated you’ll find that the federal government pays matching funds to the full jail beds to off set the cost of housing “criminals” and it’s a money making business too. There’s always the need for more prisons and jails need to be bigger. Because the incentive is there, as described above, Every Single LEO is obligated to follow suit with all other LEO's. Don’t forget we need to exceed the budget so we can ask for more next year. AND GET IT.
Make arrests, you’re covered by Qualified Immunity. That alone opens the door to any and all criminal activity by the LEO’s, to make arrests. That idea is so dangerous and in my opinion is the entire purpose for organized law enforcement funded by the state. It’s the game of power and life created by the then powerful and continued like a cancer on the planet surface. It now involves the Entire Gov’t of any country where-in the Rich, the Bilderberg groups, control the powerful, the powerful, big shot legislators, corporate owners, simi rich, control the leaders, and the leaders, governor, mayors, state legislators, control the enforcers, the enforces, sheriffs, police, state police, army, navy, air force, coast guard, fbi, cia, the alpha bet fed leo’s , control the people. In between is the Long Involved Torturous Condition known as the criminal justice system. It relies on the tactics we saw yesterday, are seeing today and will see tomorrow. Bulling, intimidation, coercion, theft, lying, cheating and stealing, accident and intentional murder, maiming, brutal beatings, cold blooded murder, extortion, blackmail, literal gang activity, organized racketeering, by the police, and by the gov’t in general and it works from the Top Down.

These officers are on power trips especially Guerrero. I don’t want someone like that “ protecting and serving “ me or anyone else who follows the law. Many of the officers need to read and learn the Constitution and the laws.

@@greghunt3790 I'm not too scared and i mostly got the watch in case of a road accident like I flipped over in one of my towns many pot holes so far the fuzz in our town isn't that bad the city did do a massive IA clean up in the early 00s after one of our cops ended up on a episode of NBCs Dateline sadly interviewed by Matthew Perry's stepdad and what's worst I vaguely remember the cop he was investigating in the story the butthole was our highschool resource officer for a while he only lasted a few months and nobody knew why he was rushed out so quickly we figured maybe cause he was a younger guy early mid 20s and a little on the wooderson side from dazed and confused he was kinda nicer to the older teen girls especially if attractive but a butthole to the fat homely 19 yearolds lucky for me I fit the latter but if I was the other I'd have slapped him sure I'd probably get cuffed but the principal would believe me but this cop was a very mild wooderson type so nothing too creepy it always sounded like a compliment but when you find out what he did you wish it was only fired for being a bit of a wooderson type..the stupid resource officer ended up cheating on his wife a very respected and beloved teacher with some chick detective and instead of a divorce the butthole murdered her and I'm like in my 30s years later watching Dateline on the oxygen channel and they mentioned murder in Denton TX and I'm like oh crap then keith Morrison starts the story then shows the old school photo of our resource officer and I'm like WTH no way we always knew he was a butthole but never in a million years we think he do this so after what that idiot did and a couple of murder for hire attempts caught on tape ending up on different true crime things the PD did a massive overhaul and I think the department requires mandatory psychological evaluations and PTSD checks and I think now if they're even suspected of flipping out they're given desk jobs or the axe after a couple of stories making national news and not for anything good sadly the cops here shaped up and hold their pig pen accountable and the irony is were still one of the safest cities in the DFW area but all it takes is one bad apple right ? but I think for the most part the mandatory psychological evaluations on each cop with a thourough back ground check not to mention if they were in the military they look into their conduct too incase they were buttholes then and take all that into account now before hiring a cop I think that's a step up..at least for our city but I might be moving to a cheaper city eventually and I don't know what the doughnut inspectors are like there so it's good to have that watch .my comment might be a possibility I pray never happens it was my attempt at hyperbole but with videos like that it can make you wonder.. anyway take care and God bless and have a wonderful day

Passengers in a car stopped by police don’t have to identify themselves, according to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. That holds even in a state with a “stop and identify” law, and even if the initial stop of the car (for a traffic violation committed by the driver) was legal.

That was disgusting what the NYPD did. They’re supposed to be one of the best Police in the country. I understand how guarded we all have to be and be aware of our surroundings due to terrorism but that envelope wasn’t even sealed. That man was right to bring against a lawsuit. I truly respect police officers who are professional and do their duty but these people need to think about why they wanted to become police officers.

I live in NY these cops are not professional at all. Years ago I was drinking and had the bottle in a bag an undercover cop pulls up gives me a ticket then his number and tells me to call him if I have any questions. Another time I lived across from the projects I had a cast on my hand, I was lighting a cigarette and taking a lock off my car. A car pulled up and I thought they were looking for directions no they asked to search my car and like an idiot I agreed. They found one loose pill, said I didn’t belong in that neighborhood which pissed me off. They took me to jail and kept me there for 3 hours released me the charges were dropped because there was a prescription but the cops wouldn’t let me get the bottle. They transported me in a suv 4 undercover cops, cause they couldn’t cuff me. I would never ever allow a car search again. I have other stories, not all are bad but a lot let the power go to there head. I’ve them flash their lights in my face while I’ve recorded them they don’t like when you record them. One cop didn’t like the way I spoke to him because of the flash light in my face and I got nasty with him, he wanted to take me to the hospital for a elevation I told him go F himself and walked inside and they left. They love the power trip. I have one retired undercover who’s made cool I call him for everything he’s helped me out a lot but he couldn’t deal with all the nonsense for the pay and was almost killed twice he’s probably the only cop I do like. I had one cop tell me and my sister he’s rather pull over white people cause they’re less of a problem I honestly couldn’t believe that.

1st guy all the cop needs to see his dl and id the guy with a package you need to realizze these people are paranoid of everything and everyone some have PTSD and other issues and think you are delivering a bomb or amthax or something crazy best to just amuse them and put their paranoia to rest as when you refuse they become even more paranoid of you. There are some also that are just on a power trip and some act like the gestapo scary as hell poor guy being attacked on his front porch. Seemsa also some people just deliberately try to harass the cop just to prove a point as that one was not hateful he just didnt want the guy looking at the info he was pulling up on someone.

35:42. I’m confused by that. The guy is right that he has a constitutional right to be able to film in public and you cannot trespass the eyes. And it’s also true that the cop has an obligation to protect the information on that screen. But I’m not sure what the issue is when the cop takes efforts to protect that information. Believe me I’m the last person in the world to actually defend pigs lol but I mean Dr king stated injustice can not be met with injustice. So we need to maintain our legal integrity. So is there an element here I’m missing?

I love how the narrator say: "how humans know their rights and quick to inform the police" WRONG! It's called "OBSTRUCTION ". Officers have the right to request an ID. IT'S THE LAW! Some humans break the law and have warrants. Humans push a simple request or stop and blow it out of proportion. Some humans need their asph beaten " just because 😅!
