I don’t quite understand how “half spaded” works in this series, since you unlock most of engine upgrades, best round, thermals/laser. Basically all the other upgrades feel redundant after that. I think it could work better, if rank 4 mod were excluded from “half spaded” state.

I have been thinking this myself. It would be much better if he actually followed the nature of unlocking the stuff and keeping it realistic as opposed to picking the best upgrades because you have them all unlocked

Yep. Imo, the half-spaded should only be limited to lower grade sabot/apfsds, and none of the engine upgrades with maybe some exception of LWR/LRF. Basically none of the 4th tier modifications, really. The feeling of the tanks with most of the 4th tier modification unlocked is esentially identical (with very slight differences) to the tank being fully spaded.
