I remember watching you before he moved to his new location…….you are so kind and gentle with his training! This is the very best way……don’t force him…….let it be his decision to do what you want! He lucked into a very special life when you adopted him! ❤😂
I love watching Rudnik ❤❤❤❤, I never realized that there would be a problem with loading a horse into the trailer. But now I see it can be very stressful to get into a small dark place instead of being outside in the pasture. He is just so beautiful ❤❤❤❤😊
I’m so happy to see you do this with Rudnik. I went through the traumatizing experience of trying everything to get a mare loaded. It was a nightmare I would never want to go through again. 🐴❤️
I enjoyed watching you go through the process of familiarizing him with the process as well as that particular trailer before his move. It was cool to watch his progress, but not having experienced what he was like before, I’m quite sure it was much more amazing for you. And YOU DID THIS! I mean, he did this too, but you allowed him to unlock this part of his personality. Well done, you! 🥇👏🎊🎉 You will be an amazing mother!
Clever boy and mama, love how experienced you are and patient with him, I’m no horsewoman but I’ve watched a guy called Steve young horsemanship, he’s lovely, sometimes he says to give them their dinner in the trailer every day once they are comfortable with loading, just like you did with the carrots! He always says to do things with quality and grace, make your idea their idea, I love that. Love your videos, hope you’re doing well whilst waiting for bub to come along xxxx❤
You done good young lady by this here horse, he knows it. I don't think there will ever be a chore you ask of him that he won't try cause it's you asking. Rudnik is smart, I can see him barrel racing and loving it maybe a bit too big for that though, show jumping maybe?
Earlier trailering may have had him fearing that his long kearning curve to trusting partnership was ending, based on his previous experiences? Patience, persistence, love, time, and carrots are the magic formula. His summer colour! 🥰🤰🐎
May want to rotate treats, like squah or pumpkin, banana...in US carrots can absorb heavy metals from pollution like, smog or forest fires...cadmium or lead. Good to spend a moment to look up Canada for heavy metals in things may want to use in future baby purees. They say carrots ok in British Columbia. Cinnamon and certain spices (have to look up I forgot...☺️) are not good for small kids brain development. 💕👛💗🐎
I saw a Saddlebred being backed out of a trailer. (They tend to be rather tall & high headed). They obviously hadn’t trained the horse like you trained Rudnik. The horse panicked & reared up, hitting his head on the top of the trailer and knocking himself out. I’m sure that horse will panic again if they don’t train him like you trained R.
Oh that’s always been a fear of mine. I know people who have had the same issues with their horses and it’s resulted in them (horse and owner) both getting seriously injured! It can be scary and you never know how your horse is going to react. So it’s definitely best to be over prepared!
@@Tiewaz not at all. He was perfectly calm and while we worked on it he did hang out in the trailer for a bit before I’d ask him to back out. But for the actual move he hardly seemed to care - even once we were on the road he did great! And unloaded perfectly once we got there
@@rudniktheroan Oh, that's awesome. It's amazing how patience and building trust can pan out into something as amazing as your relationship with Rudnik.

Excellent job training! He trusts you completely. That trust helped him overcome any fears he had of the trailer.
Well done by everyone! It just shows what patience and gentleness can accomplish. The best boy!
I'm glad he has you for his mom🤗 so kind and patient.
Yayyyy Rudnik time. Man I love that horses build. 🥰

Rudnik, you're the man!!!
I wanted to pet him when he was so close to the camera ❤ such a sweet boy!
Excellent calm training, repetition, and rewards - he did great!

He is a cute & handsome good boy!!❤️😍✨
Awww for the love of carrots 🥕 I love the positive reinforcement!
5 *****s for that beautiful boy. ❤❤❤
patience is a good key
Trust, patience and understanding. Wonderful that you worked with him enough that he finally walked in on his own.❤
So glad you started this early for positive memories before having to go♡

Awwwwh 😱❤️. Sweet boy ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Rudnick is gorgeous. ❤❤❤
Just the best!
Rudnik eyeballing the camera: "Oh hi, anybody in there...hello..."
It’s hilarious how aware of the camera he really is - always has to check himself out in it to make sure I’m getting his good side 😂
❤️🥰❤️🥰❤️

When moving day came, did he get at all bothered when the gate was shut behind him? Curious since he would start backing up almost immediately.
