  • 8 oz Marlin or Sword Fish Fillet
    Lemon, Salt and Pepper to Season the Fish
    Cooking Oil to Cook the Fish
    For the Sauce:
    1 pc. Shallot Diced
    1 pc. Small Lemon, Peeled and Chopped
    10 pieces Whole Black Pepper Corn
    5 Parsley Stems
    1/2 cup White Wine
    1/2 cup Cream
    4 oz cold Butter
    1-2 tsp Whole Grain Mustard
    1-2 tsp Chopped Parsley
    Salt and Pepper to taste
