Whole reason we've broken PSR is due to that window. 21/22 didn't allow us to make any purchases and we had to let go of Kasper due to his wages.

Other clubs could have gone straight up if they broke the laws just like Leicester city !!!

@@Number1saint we didn't break the rules through thinking we were above them. As you told the other guy 'do your research'... We budgeted for an 8th placed finish after finishing 5th, 5th and 8th but instead of finishing 8th we finished 18th so we broke the spending rules through incompetence and stupidity at board level. It wasn't intentional, they aren't clever enough for that.

Minimum of 12 points deducted from the premier league 6 points from the efl so having minus 15-18 points is not good . have to sell players or face more points deductions . To keep inline with the rules 😂 this club is run by clowns 🤡 fact is going straight back down didn’t achieve any thing by going up because they cheated last season breaking financial rules . Leicester have the resources to do well, just organizational circumstances surrounding the club prevented them from using those resources properly. Maybe after a break from the prem where they really did not have to work that hard to gain promotion, they had a break to figure out how to execute the next season properly.
The current owners are businessmen per se. IMO they were more about building the club up to match the big boys and always on the lookout to buy that cheap player and turn him into a an investment worth millions. I don't they ever had the fans in mind, to see the club succeed and play in the PL and Europe every season. Bad financial mangement, buying the wrong players recently and taking on managers for the same reasons... Money! The secret to our success would be to get the right players, give them a lucrative contract and keep them. You have to speculate to accumulate. Leicester has always been a breeding ground for star talent and the best managers but sell too easily. What we've seen so far of the new owners is a desire to commit to the club but it all is beyond their understanding of running a successful football club for longer periods. Some day they may just get it right.
