A fiesta doesn't mean it isn't a high quality game, a fiesta can also have good macro descisions like alistar moving to top again right from base to cover a potential dive. In lec for example the score line would be 3-3 at 20 mins with sejuani, kaisa, and nautilus and the other team having renekton, viego, and rell. Along with the sejuani completely griefing the whole game with a sequence of back to back missplays. That is low quality gameplay.
This is a perfectly summary of the LPL... (I don't think they have poor macro it's just that every player truly believes to be the best on their role so they Perma test the limits)
