I saw a video of someone wrapping bbq ribs in tin foil and setting it in the air fry mode, does that actually work? I tried the steam and bake method but they didnt come out good and was a messy clean up.
Hello, could you confirm the preheating time of your speedi because mine only takes 15 to 20 minutes while in the book it is indicated 8 minutes or 4 to 10 minutes, thank you for your answer
I actually like them equally. If I'm doing something that doesn't need pressure I'll go to Speedi. Also I like the Speedi for steam and crisping smaller portions. Rice under and maybe 2 chops or something on top.
Made these tonight. Other than kind of smashing my tater tots, dinner turned out really good. This one is a keeper! 👍🏻

Do you prefer the speedi or the foodi?
