What would you guys write to your kids/pets to read/smell when they become adults? Also, Ed Gein is the serial killer you guys were thinking of with the lampshades (he was also the the inspiration for films like Psycho and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre which are two of my favorites).

I'm also not as brushed up as you and Joe are, lol Did know that about Psycho and Texas Chainsaw Massacre, both fantastic flicks. I saw Psycho years ago with a live orchestra performing the soundtrack. That was an incredible experience that made the movie even more harrowing than normal.

Jim Jeffries is so great because he can be such an asshole on stage but he's really based! He does all those mean jokes, but he always has a point that has a very valid morale. He's better in that case than Bill Burr. Because Jim see's the world as something that was always shit but could be better, where Bill is like getting in the age where he thinks it was better before. Wich, even tho Bill is still a sharp person he doesn't catch up anymore as he used to. Jim also knows he's a piece of shit on the show and pulls the fun always back at him in the end. He's no better than the society he lives in. THAT makes him such a great comedian.
I don't know how we missed this comment, but thank you for sharing your perspective!! We're both obviously very new to Jim Jefferies, but I am a bit familiar with Bill Burr. What you're saying resonates as true to me. Jim seems to have a twinkle of hope in him, and Bill is just jaded beyond repair. Although he seems to have had a tonal shift ever since he started blowing up more in Hollywood. I can see Jim laughing at himself way more than I can Bill, which is a great quality not just for a comedian, but for a person in general. Getting to know JJ has been a real treat.
