If this show comes back for another season then the episodes need to be longer. All the time it ends I feel like so much more could've been said/was said but edited out
This is a fantastic show! Been watching all the episodes as they are released. It brings such a different perspective to understanding people within marriage.
"People who marry people they want to change usually married down. The problem about a lot of people out there is that they haven't married their first choice and if you don't marry your first choice you usually walk in with expectations that you can make him the person you want him to be."

Honestly what they are saying is true.
I do think is humanely possible to not have expectations from your spouse and vise versa, the issue with these expectations is when they are not communicated and discussed. I fell into that trap when I got married and damn, was I not miserable 😂😂😂.
With time we learnt to talk and engage each other and it's way better than before.
We are always told that communication is key ne, but for the first few months of marriage it's just mere talking past each other. Communication happens over time...
Can't wait for season 2, I hope Mpho will think of season 2.

I think it’s pretty normal. We model what we grew up seeing. There are definitely traits in my partner, that were important to me because I saw them from my father.
Another socital pressure that kills marital bliss is rushing the couple to have kids. Couples must never rush into having kids. Only have kids when both partners are ready.
Talk about everything and listen to each other, you will not easily have unrealistic expectations if you listen to your partner.
