@@socalbackyardorchard3768 🤗welcome. Will you please do a video and tell the names of the variety of fruits your growing. Will you also include if they have to have another type for pollination. Question:are you going to add more exotic fruits if so will you let us know. Thanks👍🤗
Your garden is amazingly free of weeds! The extensive use of mulch is really paying off for you, keeping the weeds from growing and holding in the moisture for your trees. Your soil must be in good health with the speed some of your trees grow to such good size. I am trying to get more mulch also, when there are tree trimmers working in my area I ask for them to to dump their wood chips in my yard. Then it is a lot of work to spread the wood chips , very time consuming work but with long term payoff.
@@socalbackyardorchard3768 ..ok...thanks. l had one before, its in a 25gal pot. It got me fruits after 2yrs, but l had to hand pollinate it. Then it dies on its 3rd yr. But maybe you've got a lot of bees around coz you have a big garden. Now l have a smaller Cherimoya grafted with 2 kinds of atemoya on it. Has 1 atemoya fruit now. Hopefully it will thrive.
Christian hernandez that’s awesome, I have a guava that I bought at exotica nursery here in Vista it was labeled Vietnamese sweet. Haven’t had any guavas from it yet
Great video, question for you. What do you look for when you're picking fruit from your avocado trees? My fuerte and zutano trees have fruit and they look close, not sure if there are ready though. Any tips? thanks.
Greg P I pick just one and see how it ripens up and if the flavor is right. If its not right then I just wait and do the same in a few weeks. Once I pick one and it ripens up good and taste right then I start picking a few every couple days.
